Anyone seen anything about a special train being arranged as there was for the original date. I imagine it would be more complicated to arrange fo a Friday night instead of for a Saturday afternoon.

I was going to use the train last time. It's a top idea.

    Was going to ask same.

Can't beat a football special train, had them all the time when I was a kid to most away games. Fans from different clubs passing each other on the way home, jump off the train (usually at York) throw a few quick punches before the train heads off. Empty beer cans out the window, the smell of stale beer, farts and porn mags being passed around. Only the very brave or desperate went to the train bogs!

I think the city rail version wont be as good somehow though. It is a good idea although I suspect won't be on.

Do any forumites have a spare RBB active ticket for Friday Nights Derby at Kogarah?

I'd rather purchase from you guys & gals if you want to offload a ticket, rather than purchase from elsewhere.

even though they beat CCM confidence is still a bit down for them because they got humiliated in the ACL, our last match was confidence building, i still think we will get destroyed but there is a chance we wont, really looking forward to this one

We'll have a definite advantage with esfc playing acl midweek, but not that confident as the top teams won't play lotto ball and have better defensive structure to what we faced recently. I'll be happy if we put in a solid performance, a draw or a win may instil a little belief in JP but I'm not sold on him yet.

Any word on Baccus being available for this?

From their end, Retre is out after getting a 5th yellow yesterday.

Ninco hobble of the park at full time also , looks like he is carrying an injury

BumJohhnyhand will fill in for Retre ,

    YES!

And that red and white tape workmen use to close off an area, like police tape...someone always produced a few roles of that and usually ended up out the train windows and passed all around the terrace..happy times..

    Check with stringerbellend.

He posted somewhere he can't make it. And I know he got tickets.

His political leanings would probably prevent him from selling them or accepting any payment for same as he would probably prefer to gift them to my charity, being the home for destitute old bulls.

Yep, but it's not for general consumption

Do you think you would rather have Sullivan over Baccus for this game? When Schwegler and Sullivan played together we seemed more rigid in defence however comes at a cost for transition without Baccus.

for General consumption and no sore arses, Baccus has been cleared of and serious injury, confirmed this morning.

    Which one were you?

I'm the one that asked the other 2 questions.

That would be about right..the chunt talked me in to going to the derby and i bought tickets on impulse after exchanging posts with him. About right that he would split..

Sorry actually devestated I can’t go. We are going to win!

The reschedule clashes with both a school fundraiser and my anniversary, the former I could have dodged if not for the later

Ive passed my tickets on to the Mark Bridge appreciation society

The special train is back although a limited version.

    Central Platform 5 - Leaves 6:55pm and arrives Carlton Platform 2 - 7:17pm.

After the game there's a train leaving Carlton at 10:20pm that goes to Central, Strathfield, Granville, Parramatta, Westmead, Seven Hills and Blacktown.
