IMO Mullen or even Alessi will start at RB & Hamill who has impressed at training, could play CB alongside NTS.

 

I agree with Erebus that La Rock should be playing in our midfield. Hopefully Popa agrees.

 

I'm hoping Saba is unleashed on Wednesday night as the Chinese would not have been able to scout him much since he arrived.

 

The other player we have that excels in wet conditions is Haliti. I wouldn't be surprised to see him get some game time in this match.

 

Cole has recovered fully from his ankle injury, leaving Santa & to a lesser extent Golec as our only injury issues as of last Friday.

Guangzhao got in to Sydney late last night / early this morning, with heavy rain and strong winds greeting them. They get up this morning, and are forced to spend the day in their hotel, because no pitch in Sydney is playable as they're all underwater, throwing preparations into chaos.

 

Hopefully the rain sticks around for another 24 hours, so they don't get a proper hitout tomoro either, which then results in no training sessions in the lead up to the game on Wednesday 

They probably trained on one of those all wet weather pitches; paid 10 times the hire rate or got one installed in 3 hours with 500 hired workers they bought from China

Im sure they essentially done that and supplied plenty of kit at the central coast game last year.

My brother works for a Chinese bank in the city and the employees have been given free tickets.
