Well myself and 11 family and friends in Bay 23 are OUT.

    Putting words into action.

This will be my first home game I've ever missed.

The cause is bigger than anything.

Actives and non actives united - solid and proud, Power to the RBB and the lads who have been wrongly banned.

Hopeful to be in full voice for the Victory game.

    **** the FFA!

Is it ok to sit on the hill outside the northern end of Pirtek?????? We're not in the stadium but can watch it live......

    That's what my dad suggested

I was actually thinking that as well.

Imagine if we all marched to the game, walked onto the precint, and then sat outside on that hill where the emblem has been emblazoned for the duration of the match.

Cameras would still get us on tv, but we aren't at the game.

Perfect prtest with plenty of publicity.

Even hold up banners which Fox would no doubt show.

Not a bad idea. But i wont be joining you hill pioneers.

If i an not going to the game the only thing that will sooth me is getting through a long line of beers.

In. Have missed a few games due to being away on holidays and don't wanna miss another ;).

In the white section with the kids. At least they will get free rein on the jumping castle.

Ok who else just got the club email offering RBB access to the other stands ?

    You gotta be joking? Surely??

I haven't, but I can't blame the club for trying to sort out a compromise and get as many fans to the game for the players.

Clearly, the club is trying to do something. Whether it's under order from the FFA - who knows?

Will this make any difference though seeing as the majority of people not going (% wise) will be in the RBB anyway?

Got it. Rbb members got i think. Says if you still want to support boycott in rbb but turn up to watch, can scan into south side. Not the worst idea considering there is guaranteed to be a few people silly or ignorant enough to sit in north on saturday.

So what happens if we all suddenly decide to turn up? They'll refuse us entry and say sorry, we gave your purchased seat to someone else...

To get it straight they are offering people who normally sit in the RBB the option to move to the side and go non active (should they choose to half protest)

seems like the club trying to be nice and give people option ?

If it was the other way round ie letting people from outside the RBB A go in NT then that would be different.

    Fair enough.

if everyone is boycotting will there still be such a heavy handed police presence?

    Of course there will be.

Easy overtime and charge the club for a threat there isn't there, just like every other week.

This might help ensure the RBB is completely empty, as some who may not have wanted to boycott may have gone their just to watch the game.

With this offer, there is now no excuse for anyone to be in the Northern Terrace section of the ground on Saturday night. None.

This a great point. There are obviously some RBB members who for whatever reason will want to go to the game. If there are those in the stands who are happy to stay at home to protest and swap for an RBB ticket then it might send a better message if the RBB is as empty as possible. More than likely I will not be going but I will be waiting until later tomorrow until I make that decision. That is if by some miracle the FFA manage to pull a rabbit out of their arse. Unlikely but you never know.

I am in black and white.
