does anyone know what the story is wil Cole? Is he just out of favour?

As a defender i just don't think he is any good. In pre-season against Newcastle he was getting absolutely killed playing at RB, maybe even shakier than Hamill has been for us.

And as a midfielder, we have better options.

City have lost twice this  season so we are a chance. Smart coaching would take careful note of the tactics and formation employed against them when they lost, but I doubt it.

We will " just play our football" as normal.

Big chance for Bulut to start on the path of getting the 15 goals he was hoping for this season.

Santa because of his age was always a big chance of injury when used in the starting role.

    Heart says 2-1 win

    Head says 2-0 loss

    Draw a real possibility

Just no more defensive **** ups please.

Here's something from Vi$ion himeself on playing us quoted from the Terrorgraph

“I always said I wanted to play in front of the Wanderers fans — I’ve watched a few games in the stands in the past few seasons and this is all part of what I signed up for,†Cahill said.

“To come back to Sydney after 19 years will be … interesting. I’ve only played there for the Socceroos in all that time, and it will be a different feeling coming for a club game.

“I guess there might be that bit of frostiness, but I was a big supporter of Western Sydney from the beginning, and they’ve absolutely set the bar for Australian football because of what they’ve achieved.

“I’ve been signing autographs after each game, and when you see so many kids like after the Brisbane game the other week, it’s a sign of how big the game has grown.â€

    Meh.. get ****ed Timmy...

Re: Cahill getting booed - All Cahill is, is a footballer and a businessman looking after his own interests. He's got about 2 years left in his football career, and hes got 4 kids, a wife, extended family and half of Samoa to look after financially. My issue with him being here is purely based around the FFA because as someone mentioned earlier, city are the chosen ones, and if not for Sydney going on a run that nobody wouldve expected, then City would be top of the league. Someone prove to me that city are legitimately under the salary cap and not using any loopholes and I'll shut my mouth.

with all that being said, the score this game will probably end up about 18-13* because bouzanis sucks, redmayne sucks, both defences suck, but their attack is better than ours.

*18 city goals to 13 WSW offsides. We won't score any goals in this game.

I will reserve the right to booooo at him on TV. I may even put Timmy cam on and just spend the whole game booooing

How about Bulut to run over Kilkenny the diver and bouzanis to take him down in the box.

Let's hope Chris Beath awards the penalty but not send Bouzanis off.

Then Jumpei to nutmeg Manny Muscat or Osama Malik and score a goal.

Mitch to score a worldly as well as Nico.

Hopefully a good crowd. 13k + 12k for the first two Spotless games, I'm expecting close to 20k tonight.

    That's if we turn up.

According to a work mate, he's bringing a couple of theatre-goers.

I hope that the ground PA puts a ground effects mic in front of the RBB

I say we channel our ACL winning phase. Park that bus. I'll take a dour 1-0 win tonight. Stuff the entertainers tag. Losing 5 blot to satisfy the Timmy watchers just can't happen. Plus someone needs to nobble the prickly friggin pear.

    • The guy is a professional footballer, even playing on a different side to his preferred, the concept of defending doesn’t change. He hardly looked like he was giving it a go. I think all too often we can be so lenient on mistakes made by players across the league. Let’s not forget that they are professionals, they get paid (a bloody decent amount) and should have the skillset required to atleast be able to do a job in a different to preferred position. It’s not like all age, where one week they are banging then in as a striker and then next they’ve got the gloves on as the regular keeper is away with the missus.
