    Clisby goal?

It's been a long time coming.

    #ClisbyHattrick

a clisby hattrick is him hitting the woodwork three times.

No, a Clisby hattrick is him not marking the man at the back post 3 times and letting 3 goals in

Rather see a brace from Santa, a goal from Nico (set piece) and a goal from Griffiths.

All 3 were on the bench for the ACL game

We have at least seen a Hammil Brace in a similar way, he was at fault for at least two goals in the Bulut derby

It sure why I'm picking on Hammil here

Please ignore me and carry on

Sunday, 7:00 kick off, rain, SOP. All the ingredients for a record low crowd tonight. On the plus side, at least it will be a quicker exit from SOP for those that do make the effort.

Wherever you're watching, make some noise. If you're disturbing the neighbours or people at the pub are looking at you, then you're doing it right :good:

Yep going to be a low crowd again (judging by people I've spoke to who aren't bothering) and all the reasons above

I'm looking forward to it. It's a key game, win this and we are decent chance of making 6. Also The earlier we secure sixth the better for what's left of acl campaign

We nade our minds up ages ago when the club to much excited fanfare announced a Sunday kick off at 7pm in one of its member releases; a typically out of touch with its fanbase announcement of course.

We love going but it's a school night. Never dond it with family. Not going to start now.

Almost 100% certain not to renew next year. Just buy tickets for the games or borrow others who are renewing and not going when times are reasonable. Sad but we'll take iur chances in the Parra littery when it's ready. Game times are completely stuffed for us as a family this year and we've been to all Spotless games and just 2 at ANZ.

Unfortunately I doubt the club has any say with the kickoff time. These are the times we live in.... Everyone bends backwards for the corporate money (in this case Foxtel)

    Taking my boys.

Bought lunch for them, Subway before game on way.

Hoping to see a maiden win at Spotless.

Plus I'm quietly hoping for a fair refereeing without Beath, Griffiths-Jones, Green or F..w.. Gillett as the referee.

Not sure what to make of Daniel Elder.

Kick off times for those with little kids this year have been dreadful added that sop is hard to get in and out of. Not sure if I'll bother with season ticket for the little one next year, can't justify we have hardly used it. Sad really

I think renewals will take a hit next year and not just the kids thing. Loads of others not showing up due to a combination of being a mile away from pitch, transport and the team playing poorly all year. I of course will be there but I'm a rather tragic addict

It was crap scheduling that Fox Sports gave us. After last seasons excellent season plus losing the EPL, Fox told the FFA that most of our games would be on at 7.50pm (8.00pm really) on Saturdays mostly and Friday also so 3 family friendly games only.

Little did we know that SOP is a crap venue to get to.

Plus we only have one good visa player.

Everyone with kids needs to email the club to ask for family friendly game times for at least half our games.

all of that I agree with ............. but I personally did know that it was a difficult venue to get to and was always surprised it got a lot of positive comments in the lead up to this season.

This weather is absolutely horrible  - intend going tonight but driving in is a concern....and back

Don't mean to sound cynical or anything, but I remember how a lot of of our supporters were rubbishing the whole 'family friendly' theme the FFA was going with. Now we want it? How times have changed.

Probably because it feels like a lot of our support has abandoned us and we are now willing to compromise. But a lot of this has to do wit the way the team is playing and the weather. Not just time or stadium location. Maybe we can also ask for Popa to ensure the team is winning and pray we get perfect conditions. Even then we have to hope supporters don't get apathetic.

Unfortunately this is very much an issue of living in Sydney. It is an issue across all sports. We just have to live with it.

Not taking little one neither he or me will enjoy it so what's the point

This way I get a few pre game drinks in with my old man

Pub at Lidcombe is ol pre game ( long as I don't have kids on tow)

Overall club missed a big opportunity this year and I fear we will still be paying for it next year

Easier to lose people than get em back

I thought about this too. But then it can be looked at both ways. FFA talk about family friendly but they put games on at difficult hours for kids and then demand people behave in what they consider to be a family friendly way - even though there will be less kids there!

It's not debatable that parents with kids would prefer earlier times than 7:50 (really 8) starts on Fri and Sat, and no 7pm starts on Sunday. What is up for debate is what is considered a family friendly atmosphere. Many parents are quite happy with the behaviour in the grounds but the FFA haven't asked the fans, they've made their own decisions based on what is said in the media. And the outcome is - you can pretty much do what you want as long as you don't get on the news.

Anyway, BIG GAME. Win here and we've got a nice buffer in 6th.

Everybody has a different opinion on game times .

Personally 7 pm Sunday is perfect for me and I would vote for every game on a Sunday 7pm .

No problem getting there from work unlike friday nights and Saturday arvo .

No clashes with social functions on Saturday nights , sat arvo or sun arvo .

No clashes with my own football games on sat or sun arvo .

No traffic Sunday night and can park 5 min walk from the gate for 10 bucks if I don't want to go the pub/PT option .

Obviously people with small children have the biggest issue with late times but having children is all about sacrifices and compromises . The club didn't really get a choice with game times so it's a FFA/Foxtel decision .
