You can always play the I did not know you had to pay card.

Almost all sporting events have free public transport, I'm sure they'll assume its free.

Just received a text from the club reminding us that we need to buy tickets. There have been emails, txts, facebook and twitter messages.

The next person who asks 'do members need tickets for sunday?' gets a wanderdog rammed up each nostril, with extra mustard.

    Gotta find a Wanderdog first..

Talking of Wanderdogs, will they be on sale or do we have a settle for a Pantherdog?  I hear they, like the game usually played there, are boring and bland and leave you with a bitter aftertaste.

Looks like being a sub par crowd, which is a reflection of how the bandwagoners might be responding to the lull in form.

11-12 K isn't too bad. The red and black seats will do us a few favours though.

    HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAH.

    RBB has announced....

    you guessed it...

RED COW as the official pub.

    :smurfnono:

Absolutely stupid decision.  Well they can get f*cked.   :nono:  :nono:  :nono:  :nono:

maybe they've taken into account the bandwagoners have dropped off so they won't need that big of a pub this time?

Just a question to all of you that are better informed than me…what's the beef with the Red Cow? I didn't go to the previous Penrith game we had but I've heard of all the complaints about the heavy police presence. Aside from the showing of games though, is there anything else about the Red Cow that I haven't heard? What's all this hate about it and if it's true how come the RBB have chosen it as the pre-game pub?

Check out this past thread, for details on the Red Cow screwing over our fans, throughout last season: http://www.westsydneyfootball.com/topic/4802-the-red-cow-in-penrith/page-4

Because WSW fans views don't always =/= RBB views.

Just because WSW fans in a region of Western Sydney have a gripe with a certain pub, doesn't mean that this affects those decision makers in the RBB themselves.

The same as even if certain members of the RBB have a gripe with someone/ something, doesn't mean that the whole Wanderers fan base will share the same views.

I guess the RBB doesn't have any beef with the Red Cow? :unknw:

    Perhaps they've mooooooved on?

    I'll show myself out

    :P

I think the concern with the Red Cow is that they will milk the fans for all we got.

    puns? seriously guys?

    cut the bull.

So who else here thought Saba was as useless as tits on a bull?

My dear mltezr, I never said anything about changing it because "megan isn't happy".

I'm sorry for thinking that WSW fans deserve better than a pub that can't even be bothered showing WSW matches live, after they promised to do so..

And don't you worry, they won't be getting a cent from me. :)

^ Good line up but I would have Spira in the middle with Hammer on the right, but that's just me being picky.

    PAX: 8522

Nah Spira on the right so he could make his runs into midfield, Hamill can stay as the anchor.

Alternatively could have it as a back 4 and Spira could be a floating libero. Maaaaybe not too likely with Popa though  :P

A few of us are meeting up in Parra and having a few drinks there and then catching the train to the 'Riff. Can march from the the Red Cow with everyone else (is there a march and what time will it be leaving the Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy Pub?)
