In the aleague when we had 4 home games in a row we had a chance to salvage the season with some wins but farked it.... we had 2 acl home games back to back to gain a max of 6 points, taking the lead in both and went on to **** it also.... bring on the end of the season. What a disappointing finish...

What did popa tell the players? They seem like they didn't want to win when they got back onto the pitch.

how many crosses/passes did we attempt without even looking at who/what we were aiming for,

fully deserved for Kashima, have come from no where and now potentially in the box seat to progress.

As short as I've called this club home I've loved it more than any other.

I'm heartbroken.

So disappointing. This ref made KGJ look decent.

We really need to fix our attack, we get to the penelty box and turn back because we don't know what to do.

We seem to lose games the same way everytime. If could be bothered i would list all of the games where we have taken the lead and looked like we would go on to get the 3 points but only to bottle it and draw or lose. Everytime! Someone needs to sort this shite mentality out. Our teams of the past used to fight to the end and even scrap out wins by playing a grinding style but none of this is happening this season.

Yet again a good first half and then a poor second half.

The story of a lot of this season.

Well done to the RBB who yet again delivered in atrocious conditions.

I stayed dry in the eastern stand.

I was stuck in my hotel room in Newcastle and didn't get back for the game. I missed my first ever ACL game at Wanderland. To each and every red & black brother and sister who went out to Wanderland tonight... Enormous respect.

As for the game. I'm glad it's over and we have been put out of our misery. I really don't think I could sit through another performance like that second half ever again. It's over lads, hold your heads high and on Saturday just go out and enjoy yourselves, we finally get to look forward to a very well earned rest. 

We invited them back into the game. They were constantly opening up us on our left side, until they eventually scored there. We had 15-20 mins to realise this but didn't rectify it. Then they score from that side. Poor game from Tanaka, and Ruka was also poor in the second half. In fact the whole team was poor in the second half. Only showed some desperation in the last 3 mins.

Feels a bit like something has ended. Back to reality now.

Well I am totally ****ed....chose bay 56 over the stands...awesome, enjoyed every second. Im more wet than a bride on her wedding night...saw a few friends etc , great night. I bought a bloke into active for the first time...Loved watching his face, he was up on his seat doing his best to join in  all game...awesome night..

You can't make 1 or 2 players a scapegoate. What lost this game was how insanely deep the midfield sat from about the 35th minute onwards. At times they were so deep that there was a huge gaping hole in the midfield between the front 2 or 3 and our back 7. There were moments where it was like our midfield was playing a back 3 with 4 sweepers behind them. From what it looked like the boys put heaps into the first 40 odd minutes and were buggered after that.

As much as I love this club and I usually try to look at the positives after each substandard performance we dished out this season. This time it's really hard. I feel so heartbroken, angry, upset, sad, drained. It's like there is this mother****ing gaping hole in the middle of my chest. We were so close to disapprove all the nay sayers but instead we decided to try defend that slim lead for 45 minutes. Can't string more than 2 passes together. Can't throw in. Cant take proper free kicks or corners and we just simply can't shoot *****. They had some 20+ shots we had 10... dont get me wrong I will renew my membership and will follow anywhere this team goes, but that doesnt mean that I can't see the faults. What's sad about this is that we have the individuals to do better. But there is no team cohesion, no master plan, and unfortunately there was no heart and soul tonight. (Apart from the heart and soul in the rbb and in the stands)

How times do we lose in the last 5 minutes ,last years grand final , in Morocco may

times in the A-league. Why hasn't this been addressed by the coaching staff.

Putting Baccus and Cole on a joke.

Team needs a massive overhaul and does the tactical approach to games.

At half time if someone told me we were going to lose due to a second half capitulation I would of laughed at them.

As it turns out it's me being laughed at.

The opposition equaliser has become so inevitable I think I'm almost immune. When they hit back I barely responded, simply because it's getting hard nit to jyst expect it. The winner was crushing though. As has been said, a poor second half played with the negative mindset of a side who didn't believe they were good enough.
