Sorry for the delay info coming out to you guys.

3 Game passes will be on sale this afternoon for members.

You will need the barcode from your membership card to purchase tickets.

An email will be coming out later this morning to confirm the details and procedure of how to purchase tickets.

can we use mutliple membership numbers on the one transaction?

Good question Seffa, give em a call and find out if you can. Because that'd be so handy. Otherwise risk not getting all the tix.

    Only 1 Barcode per transaction.

The plan is to be on sale at 4pm, but obviously this is subject to change. The pre sale will last till Monday next week.

Tickets for individual match days will go on sale two weeks before each match, similar to our A-League fixtures at the moment.

So it's going to be almost impossible to be seated with mates. That's kinda crap.

1 Barcode per transaction does not make sense. Unless it's ticketmaster bending the club and it's members over for an extra $6 transaction fee.

    Not happy.

Was told over the phone should be able to get 4 tickets per barcode.  lets hope this is true

I hope they can fix this before the sale starts.. or else there will be MANY complaints, not just from here but from the other members.

    It is a must.

If you have a family going to the game, you cannot sit separately with your kids.

Ive heard the same as well, hopefully this is true. if not then everyone who would be attending the game in the groups would need to create a ticketmaster account and buy their own tickets then.

The club FB page just stated:

General Public sales commence on 4 February | Each member will be able to purchase up to four tickets with their member code | All matches will be broadcast live and exclusive on Fox Sports | Tickets only available through Ticketmaster.

If that's the case, if we have a group of 4 going to the game together, how do we get to sit together?

Won't the family pass work for the group of 4? if not, I'm sure they will have to sort something??

What about active support? Are RBB members able to buy one ticket per membership or can one membership buy four tickets.

This needs to be set out more clearly by the upper echleons who organise this.

Also, as a member i shouldnt need to be fight/hope that i get tickets in my area that ive paid for the whole season, regardless whether the ACL comes under the members pass.

so we can just purchase our tickets in our usual alocated bays in the RBB i assume and not purchase a ticket in another allocated bay.

Red and Black Active is limited to 2 tickets per transaction.

Like the regular season, it will be allocated bays not seats.

This is fine but if you have multiple cards you should be allowed to purchase them using the barcodes in one transaction. Makes it easier.

So Category A (I'm assuming Western Grandstand - Red members) tickets are one barcode per transaction. How many tickets per barcode?

    This.

Much like how with the derby tickets, you could input multiple barcodes

Even though I was out so my mate purchased them and couldn't figure out how and ended up making 4 transactions. He's been banned from future purchases. This and the derby sale has been unorganised. Little to no info up until the time it was on sale.

If you are a member put your barcode number in and you should be able to buy active seats.
