Parramatta FC or Blacktown City v WSW wouldn't be far to go lol

Wouldn't mind South Coast Wolves, Hakoah Sydney City either.

You just know it will be something like Far North Queensland v WSW though.

If we draw against another sydney team where will the game be played, while it would be good to play at a Lily Homes Stadium or a  Metlia Stadium, I'd rather play at parra, penrith, campbelltown or belmore stadium where you get the biggest crowd that you can

Wouldn't it be more practical to play at a larger ground to get as many people into the ground as possible, and then give the lower league team whatever % of the gate taking that would they would've made with a sold out game at their own ground

tuggernong road trip again to canberra, or palm beach, they can use the RBB as extras during filming of home and away. Of course we will be used for the "away" section!

Love the idea but wrong palm beach...

There was actually a Cove FC team. They got knocked out in the 2nd/3rd round. We also play on 12 August due to the ACL.

Yeah, there used to be a Cove FC (Lokomotiv Cove) team that was full of members of the group that played the Marinators and the Den (at Suncorp 2 years in a row). That eventually led to the creation of the Lokomotiv Cove FC club in the local comp in the Eastern Suburbs. Would love the RBB to do something similar.

I have a mate that plays for Lokomotiv Cove. He salivates over the idea of getting to play the Wanderers or an RBB team in the FFA cup.

An RBB V Cove  football game :shok: Red cards aplenty lol

Seriously though, I think this is something that should happen each year as a bit of charity raising fun before each season starts.

Loko made it through a few rounds of the waratah cup was knocked out by sans souci football club.
Loko is now one the biggest clubs in the local comp.

As for RBB V Cove game, I'd doubt it ever happen.

Some of your 55 lads have joked about a game against my 22 lads. its more likely.

If that were to happen and if its going to be a bash up, a rugby league game would suffice.

    Draw has just come in;

Monochrome Anglo team 1 v Monochrome Anglo team 2

Monochrome Anglo team 3 v Monochrome Anglo team 4

    Etc etc.

It's about time Monochrome Anglo's were represented in football in Australia.

yeah, whatever happened to giving the white guy a chance???

Anglo? sounds like a wogs name, and wogs cant unite people , only white people with corporate dollars can.

I'd say every side within driving distance of here wants to play WSW. Canteen takings would be huge!!! (Except maybe Hakoah)

I just hope whoever we play is a top quality opponent and they give it their all because we need a good game before ACL

    • Best shown by a chance Toure had when an Indonesian player had fallen over, he had a simple ball about 10 meters that would have put one of our attackers clean through for a one on one. He over-hit it and ruined the chance. Also falling for the same old Asian team diving & time wasting, by giving away stupid fouls to let them fall over and sit on the ground for minutes. 11 minutes stoppage time is probably half what it deserved.
    • Yet again, a failure of pace and power football over technically skilled football in on display in the Olyroos vs Indonesia.  We need to develop skills over pace at all levels
    • Milanovic & Brook should have been on the next flight home at half-time.
