Team Colour & Kit Poll

if black and white is to be dominant, then the rovers kits would be great. since it is not as popular, i am happy to have an ac milan type striped kit.

I voted for red and black because thought they looked very effective together.

All i know is black and red is Blacktown Demon colours who are situated in the heart of west sydney

I actually thought the Rovers kit looked horrible TBH. I liked the colours, but the design was ordinary at best.

Its also bankstown colours and generally very common in West Sydney, this isn't a coincidence.

Like the name "wanderers", no ones presented a more popular option for colours

 

But I prefer this take on the colours - Black and White covers everyone who is either indiginous or has immigrated to this country and red represents the blood we are prepared to spill in pursuit of our common goals.

It looks good and we like it.

It doesn't always have to have some symbolism or meaning and please can we leave any form of race or cultural idea out of it?

the majority agree with your post. a definite yes to the red/black stripes and a definate no to copy west ham

Your right, but moved them to Red & Blue. Unfortunately I remember the Claret & Blue as have been going to the Palece since th 60's.

I did play in Aussie 69/70 for Sunshine Clty in Melbourne, but that was when it was in black & white.
