  • Wanderers 2014/15 Membership Renewal Launches Friday 18th

    The Western Sydney Wanderers will launch the 2014/15 Membership campaign on Friday the 18th of July.

     

    Update: Membership Portal has launched via wanderland.com.au

     

    The club announced the launch on Friday the 11th, including numerous changes and upgrades from last season. A link to the Wanderers news page is here. The new changes and upgrades include:

    • A loyalty initiative for renewing members that includes reduced membership costs as well as memorabilia for foundation members.
    • The introduction of a new payment option, where in addition to typical upfront payment, the new option for payment in monthly instalments over 10 months.
    • The introduction of a seat resale program to enable members who cannot attend matches to forgo their access to a match so their ticket can be on-sold, with rewards for those members who give up their seat.
    • A new online membership portal that includes the ability to forward a membership to selected people, a membership selector and online interaction with the membership team.
    • A new Junior Supporter membership package that includes various pieces of merchandise.
    • The final major development is that after a large volume of complaints about members not being able to pick-up their membership packs last season, this season they will be sent through the post.

    Prices for this season are increased over the first two seasons. Foundation members have a slight rise in non-Red & Black sections, with family memberships costs also increasing. The cost increase for a Red & Black membership is higher in comparison to the other sections of the ground. New members in all sections are higher again compared to renewal costs for foundation memberships.

    • Red Memberships increase from $312 to $320 for foundation members and $335 for new members.
    • Black Memberships increase from $240 to $250 for foundation members and $285 for new members.
    • The White as well as the White & Black memberships increase from $195 to $200 for foundation members and $215 for new members.
    • Red & Black Memberships increase from $195 to $220 for foundation members and $235 for new members.
    • Supporter & Out of Towner memberships are unchanged.

    Renewal will be open for 1 month from Friday the 18th of July through to the membership renewal deadline on Sunday the 17th of August. Supporter memberships will also be on sale from Friday and supporter members will be placed onto the ticketed membership waiting list while also getting access to the usual Football Family benefits.

     

    Despite this forum being a welcome place to discuss memberships in 2014/15, specific enquiries should be directed to the club membership team through the club membership email address which is:

    My old foundation keyring broke yesterday. Pack arrived today. Fridge magnet is horrendous.

     

    Thats ............ odd timing, you have to admit.

     

    Yer the magnet is a bit iffy.

     

    Probs didn't help i tried pulling it apart thinking it was two seperate magnets.

     

    i thought it was 2 separate magnets too and pulled mine apart which wasnt a good idea

    i got to say the 3 year membership keyring is absolute class, i love how they have those loyalty rewards

    i dont know if this is the place to ask but if i got a red membership but wanted to spend as much time in the south terrace as possible then would it be easy to get a seat there instead?

    It's only taken a million months..

    I've got clothing from Poland, England etc in less time than something from around the corner here ;)

    Is it true that Mark Bridge, or at least his jersey, is plastered all over the membership card? Or is that just the black category? Or do we all have a random shirt printed on each card?

     

    If I am stuck with Bridge... The club was already trying my patience with the delayed distribution and unprofessional behaviour in ignoring polite requests for an explanation, but now I fear that I may be carrying Mark Bridge's likeness in my wallet for the season! Bridge! My loyalty, now in its third year, is being sorely tested.

     

     

    (Ps not a fan of Mark Bridge)

    White membership, and we get NTS on our cards. Has to be one of the few advantages of a white member, although I did try to upgrade with no success.

    We've got one out of 4 so far....

    They must be coming this week mate.

    My brother renewed our Membership earlier this year, he got his pack around a month or 3 weeks ago, I just got mine today.

    So, it should all be good man :)

    Funny thing is I bought Memberships for me & my bro previous seasons.

    This was the first time he was paying me back :) & he got his membership ages ago, like I've mentioned above, and I just got mine today, and I was the one emailing the club previously asking what's going on with this.

    My bro just went along for the ride but always got what he had wanted lol

    lucky i am only waiting for one but it is getting frustrating, though i have been waiting for 4 different things in the mail and got **** all so maybe that is why i am getting frustrated at having to wait, my own membership came pretty fast

    I just rang them n was told packs will be delivered soon as they had just sent out a batch of 11k. Was told I should have mine within the week......I'll wait.....patiently ....for now :P

    Still waiting for my pack, renewed on the first day as well. Was sent an email over 3 weeks ago saying I would receive it within 2 weeks. Friends who renewed towards the end of the renewal period received their pack almost a month ago!!! Just doesnt make sense....

    I wish we could get a hugeeeeeeeee car sticker, what is up with this mini little stickers crap!!

    How do we promote our team even more with these mini stickers?

    Seriously, we are the fans & we are the ones that promote our club, especially in areas where it's dominated by Rugby League, and especially when my wife made my car turn into a Bulldogs car.. God help us ;)
    I have the Canterbury Bulldogs number plates, car seats, membership stickers all over my car..

    We need to get in contact with the RMS, to get discounts on customised WSW plates, have our logo on them as well, also get our club to sell car seat covers.. What are we doing, we are the most successful club and they should capitalise on this.. I'm sick of having NRL plates on my car & car seats lol

    But until we do this for our club, this is seriously the easiest way for our club to earn more revenue & I for one am willing to change my whole car for our club..

    One RBB membership received yesterday

     

    One Red membership received on Monday and as its a family membership we still await 3 more.

     

    I hope they don't deliver these all separately and I certainly hope the company who has been given the contract to do this charges the club per delivery???

    Membership Packs will arrive before our first home game

    Wednesday, 29 October 2014 -

    There is just 21 days to go until we return to Wanderland for our first home match of the Hyundai A-League/15 season on Wednesday, November 19 against the Central Coast Mariners at 7.30pm.

    The Club looks forward to welcoming all 18216 Members that have joined us so far!

     

    Ticketed Members who purchased Memberships prior to 26 September

     

    All Members who purchased their Membership prior to 26 September should receive their Membership Packs by the end of this week. Any delays on receipt of these packs were incurred because of Chinese Public Holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience and will work hard next season to ensure that Members delivery expectations are met.

     

    Ticketed Memberships purchased between 7 September and 28 October

     

    Members who purchased a Ticketed Membership between 27 September and 28 October will have their Membership Pack arrive this week with delivery due prior to our first home match.

     

    Out of Towner and Supporter Memberships

     

    Supporter and Out of Towner Members will have their packs arrive this week with delivery of these due prior to our first home match.

     

    ACL Supporter Memberships

     

    The Wanderers wish to thank all Members who have joined us on our journey to the Champions League Final.

     

    Please note that ACL Supporter Membership packs will be exclusively produced to mark this milestone in the Club’s history and that fulfilment and delivery of these will commence on 1 December 2014.
