  • Wanderers 2014/15 Membership Renewal Launches Friday 18th

    The Western Sydney Wanderers will launch the 2014/15 Membership campaign on Friday the 18th of July.

     

    Update: Membership Portal has launched via wanderland.com.au

     

    The club announced the launch on Friday the 11th, including numerous changes and upgrades from last season. A link to the Wanderers news page is here. The new changes and upgrades include:

    • A loyalty initiative for renewing members that includes reduced membership costs as well as memorabilia for foundation members.
    • The introduction of a new payment option, where in addition to typical upfront payment, the new option for payment in monthly instalments over 10 months.
    • The introduction of a seat resale program to enable members who cannot attend matches to forgo their access to a match so their ticket can be on-sold, with rewards for those members who give up their seat.
    • A new online membership portal that includes the ability to forward a membership to selected people, a membership selector and online interaction with the membership team.
    • A new Junior Supporter membership package that includes various pieces of merchandise.
    • The final major development is that after a large volume of complaints about members not being able to pick-up their membership packs last season, this season they will be sent through the post.

    Prices for this season are increased over the first two seasons. Foundation members have a slight rise in non-Red & Black sections, with family memberships costs also increasing. The cost increase for a Red & Black membership is higher in comparison to the other sections of the ground. New members in all sections are higher again compared to renewal costs for foundation memberships.

    • Red Memberships increase from $312 to $320 for foundation members and $335 for new members.
    • Black Memberships increase from $240 to $250 for foundation members and $285 for new members.
    • The White as well as the White & Black memberships increase from $195 to $200 for foundation members and $215 for new members.
    • Red & Black Memberships increase from $195 to $220 for foundation members and $235 for new members.
    • Supporter & Out of Towner memberships are unchanged.

    Renewal will be open for 1 month from Friday the 18th of July through to the membership renewal deadline on Sunday the 17th of August. Supporter memberships will also be on sale from Friday and supporter members will be placed onto the ticketed membership waiting list while also getting access to the usual Football Family benefits.

     

    Despite this forum being a welcome place to discuss memberships in 2014/15, specific enquiries should be directed to the club membership team through the club membership email address which is:

    i read the upgrade form it seems to be only be for staying with the same members but i thought an upgrade was to go to a different section

     

    so i am not sure what i am meant to do

    Is anyone still not getting the option to renew? I could do mine by my fiance still does not have the option under her login?

     

    Yup same boat. My wife renewed, but mine still doesn't let me.

    First step - renew your White and Black membership.

     

    Then once that's renewed, go to the online Seating Request page http://wanderers.memberhq.com.au/seating-request and fill in your information.

     

    And fingers crossed, you should be good to go. :)

    **** it. I renewed the same tickets. Now I'll just put in an upgrade application and hope for the best. In any case, I can't f**king wait for the season to begin!!

    In typical unorganized fashion this process is F@#cked..I have 5 memberships to renew..got an email with password for 2 of them?..One was a student concession, however the renewal comes up as adult price and yopu cant alter that aspect...Emailed WSW and waiting..For bloody once I wish it all could be simple..why, why why...

    When I look at the Seating Upgrades thing and play around with "Seating Section", apparently 'Red & Black' is only bays 53, 54, 58 and 59.

     

     

    What happened to bays 55 through to 57?

     

     

     

    Anyway still waiting for money to come into my account so... will renew soon.

    i dont want to renew because i dont want to be restricted to white and black but i feel i am wasting time, i wish i knew what i was doing and was less confused

    Renew and fill in a seat change request to where you want to go mate.

    For Supporters or Out of Town members looking to upgrade

     

    Upgrades will depend upon the availability of seats once the renewal period is complete. You will receive an email in regards to an upgrade if you are eligable

    What happened to bays 55 through to 57?

     

     

     

    Anyway still waiting for money to come into my account so... will renew soon.

    Those options would all be full - whereas they know from last season (only selling memberships for 80-ish% of the RBB), that there WILL be availabilities there.

    Presumably those bays are filled with members so you cannot upgrade into them

    Why is there a concession price for every category except Supporter?

    • Because it's already cheap enough, and
    • because it's not a Ticketed Membership.

     

     

    So why does Out of Towner have it?

     

    So far today, I have been invoiced $290 for supporter membership, 2 adults 2 kids and a concession (non existent for supporter, but available for every other class)

    Dumped off hold twice with a goodbye message.

    Dropped off chat twice after chatting and nearly getting "something" sorted with my account so now I am back on the queue behind 75 others.

     

    What a complete BS failure of a web site. Well done ticketmaster.

    Are the membership team available now?  I've been on hold for 20minutes... I have an issue with my account where my wifes details are appearing instead of mine. 

     

    Same problem - I assume you used the same email account for both? 

     

    They tried to fix it by giving me a temp password but it might take some time. I'm gonna follow up on Monday if it's not resolved.

     

     

    Yeah I ended up chatting with Ben!  Poor guy.. when I was chatting to him at around 1030-11 he said he was chatting to 3 people and on the phone to 1... mad dog. bringing back the days of ICQ. What a player!

     

    he fixed my issue for me. Pretty much what he did was reset MY member numbers password and attached my WORK email to it. At that time both my wifes account and my account were seperate. 

    Then I logged in to my wifes account (who was on MY HOME email address) and changed the email address to HER email address. 

    I then when back to MY account and changed the email address to MY HOME email address.  

     

    Get me?

     

     

    And how much more simpler is it now?!  I'm happy with it. Renewed it at 1330 no dramas.
