For a player that is normally a CB and has adapted to the LB role really well, yes we would love someone of outstanding or excellent quality but you must understand that each player makes up a certain % of the cap. For the player that he is, we have got an excellent player because if we were to buy someone of higher quality somewhere else, we would suffer in other areas. We wouldn't be able to buy a Vitor, Romeo or Tomi. This is just the way that a salary cap works!

I thought he had a good game. Made that excellent intercept when they we're on the break toward the end of the first half. Also beat his marker one on one multiple times.

Article on TWG about how WSW will cope with the heat in Saudi Arabia.

http://theworldgame.sbs.com.au/article/2014/10/30/saudi-heat-wont-burn-wanderers

Golec: "To be honest, coming here, I thought it would be a lot hotter."

:golec:

Whilst Trifiro is like,  :stonedtrifiro:

If I was a player and a Saudi journo asked me about the heat I would laugh at them and say,

'You know that game cricket?

I spent enough long days in the summer as a kid playing cricket in the heat to know how to deal with it'

I'd walk onto the pitch in a hoodie, long pants and a beanie. Completely "no-sell" the heat.
