Kyra Cooney-Cross scored the winner deep in stoppage time as the Adelaide defence allowed a wide free kick to drift through the 6 yard box and nestle into the back of the net without a touch.

The Wanderers team showed a lot of promise. They were a bit disjointed at times but given it was their first game together that was to be expected. It was a lot more entertaining than some of the mens games that I have seen.

Mary Fowler lived up to the hype, she is very good young player. does she have any brothers we can sign up for the mens team?
