MartinTyler Posted January 30, 2014 Posted January 30, 2014 Great comeback by Forest this morning. Onwards and upwards !!!
IronHaggis Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Love the professionalism of Setanta's website. Shiffield Weds v Barnsley. Also the Scottish Premiership games are being placed as Championship games. Insult to the Championship being associated with that joke of a league. MartinTyler, nl689, lloydy136 and 1 other 4

lloydy136 Posted January 31, 2014 Author Posted January 31, 2014 the miserable experience that is supporting leeds continues. this has been transfer deadline day so far...... sacked a manager that everyone loved had our best player and div leading scorer go on tv saying how gutted he is at decision - there have now been 6 bids for him shirt sponsor has pulled out in protest no one knows who actually owns the club although it looks like it might be a criminal (cellino from cagliari) fit and proper persons test - whats that? fans about to riot in protest and if I could afford the airfare I would be right there with them its gotten so bad we are now getting messages of support on twitter from gary neville ffs

They essentially have already started doing so. They spotted Cellino in a taxi and chased after it, stopping it from leaving Elland Road. They've now blocked the gates so he can't leave
lloydy136 Posted January 31, 2014 Author Posted January 31, 2014 haha I just saw that on twitter - he needed a police escort to get a taxi away from elland road. game against huddersfield should have an interesting atmosphere.......

Wanderer74 Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 So Leeds have reversed their sacking. Wtf is going on
IronHaggis Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 Important win for Wednesday. Watched the game this morning when I got up. Good thing too I don't think the missus would have appreciated the yelling and screaming when Maguire scored the winner in the 97th minute at 4am. Wednesday now 6 points clear of the relegation zone and a favourable goal difference. nl689 1
braad Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 So Leeds have reversed their sacking. Wtf is going on confused as... on a side note they smashed Huddersfield Town 5-1 on the weekend. It was a weekend of opposites for my teams, AC drew, barca lost, wanderers drew and leeds smashed someone.
braad Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Just read a bit about cellino on bbc.co.uk. Sounds like another rich nutcase! Cagliari have sacked 35 managers in 21 years since he took over! That way too unstable so hopefully the FA refuse his bid.
IronHaggis Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 Leeds get excited that Bates sold up and bought by a rich Arab firm. Initial expectation is plenty of money to pour in. Arab firm is just a investment bank looking to make some money on selling the club. New potential owner possibly more crook than Bates. Not good for the Leeds fans.
IronHaggis Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 We all hate, but do feel sorry for their current predicament, Leeds scum! MartinTyler and lloydy136 2

Wanderer74 Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 It was a weird round. I am happy that we can score 3 goals without Charlie Austin, and I think this has come from some solid buying in the window. Whether they are worthy or not is still TBC. Bring on Derby!!
IronHaggis Posted February 8, 2014 Posted February 8, 2014 Another great win for Wednesday. 2-0 away at Reading. Looking good for some mid table safety.

The silence over the last few days has been the proverbial.....but yes, Bring on ..... Destructive DerbyThe Rams have scored 58 goals in the Championship so far this season, more than any other team in the division
Wanderer74 Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Well done by you guys, my internet wasn't working so I couldn't talk earlier.(I am actually serious). Wednesday look very fine.
IronHaggis Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 FA Cup this weekend for Wednesday. At home to an out of sorts Charlton. Gives us pretty good chance of progressing to the 6th Round, one away from semi final trip to Wembley.
MartinTyler Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 FA Cup this weekend for Wednesday. At home to an out of sorts Charlton. Gives us pretty good chance of progressing to the 6th Round, one away from semi final trip to Wembley. Us too !!

Wanderer74 Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 Well that's a shame. I think we really are missing Charlie Austin simply because he knows how to put it in. 16 shots for one goal is not good enough. There is also a defence problem coming in the last few weeks with 7 goals scored. Just need to fix it up a bit and hopefully we can take Burnleys spot

How pathetic from Forest, can't even beat League 1 strugglers. Anyway it has set up a potentially great quarter final clash. Wednesday v United, although we have to get past Charlton first.
WSW27 Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 I haven't been here in a while but its big to take all 3 points from QPR. We need to hang on to this play off spot.
zola Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 I haven't been here in a while but its big to take all 3 points from QPR. We need to hang on to this play off spot. Thought it was a good game. HI HO WOLVERHAMPTON.
lloydy136 Posted February 23, 2014 Author Posted February 23, 2014 Leicester are certs for promotion now (hardly a revelation that I know). the plus side of that is that leeds have basically followed them up and down the divisions the last 10 years so by my faulty logic we are nailed on to go up next year also the 90 min I spent watching leeds vs boro was one of those times when i wish i had just gone to bed. nauseatingly dull game between two pointless teams.
