Congrats to zola and wolves. proper club and fans. Well deserved.

First Leister and now wolves, hopefully they'll be a little different to the wolves team of the last epl team.

Edit: i have now removed by questions and long rant about the wrong Zola haha!!

Sorry prydz I think I might have misled you with my earlier post. Wolves promoted from league one back up to championship and my congrats was to forum member zola who is a wolves fan. Kenny jackett manages wolves.

Yeah you've confused Wolves for Watford Prydz. Zola (well Gianfranco Zola) is out of a job atm. King Kenny Jackett has done a brilliant job at Wolves- hopefully they can give us 6 points next year :) Btw lloydy I chose not to come on here and celebrate our 3-0 win against you lot . That scoreline has already screwed you over in the past...

Thanks for the good wishes gents. Looking forward to the rough and tumble of the Championship. Always enjoyed it more than the PL; nothing matches the sense of pure desperation you get in the Championship especially when you're surrounded by illustrious clubs.

Well done to Leicester on their promotion.  :good:

Leicester in with a shot of getting a century. 4 points with 2 games.

The battle for relegation is heating up. Yeovil are down, Barnsley need a miracle. Then we have Blackpool, Brum, Millwall, Donny and Charlton within a couple of points of each other for 3rd last.

I'm beginning to think that Birmingham are up **** creek without a paddle. You need to win your home games to survive and we haven't won any of the last 16 stretching back to October.

Isn't it 1 home win all season? Birmingham seem to be slowly rotting away and League 1 seems inevitable sometime in the next few seasons.

Blackpool have been in free fall for months and can't see them getting any more points and round out the bottom 3.

Blackpool started well but then ince seemed more interested in showing his kid around to various premier league suitors than actually managing the team (an almost inverse alistair edwards).

I really hope millwall goes down though.

Lol, yep 1 home win. I think rotting aways a bit strong though. The club will be sold within the next few months, there's 6 potential buyers so we'll finally have a bit of cash and not have to rely on a team of loanees and kids like we have at the moment.

Well it is an outside perspective of Birmingham Not fully aware of all the back of house stuff at the club. Would relegation put off potential buyers?

I don't think Blackpool were considered promotion candidates before the season. Pretty sure their owner took a slice out of their EPL money, so not in a great position to compete at the top end.

But, but, but, ... they had Tom Ince!

Do they make banners for being safe? Wednesday safe with 3 games to spare, great achievement considering the start we had.

I doubt it, it'll probably make the price cheaper if anything

Paladini the old QPR chairman is head of a consortium that's been after us for quite a while, but Carson yeung wouldn't sell until the his charges for money laundering in Hong Kong were sorted. Thankfully the shifty **** has been jailed and our parent company BHL are now trying to shift us out. Hurrah!
