Less than 2 months to go now.

 

SBS have just announced the broadcast schedule for the World Cup. 

 

As usual we are going to up at all hours of the night to watch matches live.  The AUS  v Chile game is 7:30am on a Sat morning, the other two Australian games are both at 1:30am midweek.

 

The final is 3:30am Monday 14th July

I have a flight to Europe on the 15th early in the morning. When i booked it i didn't realise that the final was on. It broke my heart when I found out as I thought the final was at 5.30 which meant I would've missed it. Lucky though, I still get to watch it. Keen as!

its time to flood marconi again! pizzas,coffee and beer in the early hours of the morning, and bringing work clothes in a plastic bag in case of extra time after group stages! Bring it on.

PS, staff at marconi have irons available if u need to iron a shirt when matches run into extra time

I read an article a couple of weeks back that Australia will play a friendly against Croatia on June 6 with venue/time TBC. Is it likely this will be aired on TV?
