Sorry Lloydy but you lot did not play well. It figures that your only goal was an own goal by us as well. It seemed like your team just lacked creativity and a decent midfielder who can just create something out of nothing. We had too much width and space to do anything we liked and Bellusci and Byram getting sent off was just stupid. Looking back at it, I really don't know why the Hock went with that formation, especially when we play a 3-5-2. Even with a creative midfielder we would've still won the midfield battle. 

 

I talked to some of your fans after the game as well in town- they all pretty unanimously want him gone. Wouldn't be surprised if he already is and they're just waiting to announce it.

I'll tell you what Zola, I'm perfectly happy with the fans of the Championship and the media constantly underestimating our performances and our position. Obviously the league can change massively over the next 6 months, but so far we've received little press about our position and how good we look, with almost all of the focus going to the relegated sides and Forest. 

 

As we sit 2nd and 3rd respectively, I'm more than happy for us to continue to fly under the radar.

Wednesday unlucky not to get anything against Forest. Dominated large parts of the game. Wednesday dominated possession but sadly lacking in ideas in the final 3rd. At the end it was just hoof it up to the big men !! Forest can and will play better as key players return from injury and the rest of the squad gels.

The problem I found was that our wingers played poorly, which then led to some hoofball. Huge difference with the quality of wingers between the two sides.

i am pretty sure that the parents vs kids match we had a junior presentation today was of a much higher standard than the first half of leeds/birmingham that i just sat through. what an absolute abortion of a match. highlight by far was the crowd making fun of the 4th official trying to duct tape the broken goal net support.

hey guys with the start of the new season i decided to take on supporting a new team know a few people that support them in the u.k and love the amount of support they get for a second teir club (sheffield wednesday ahah) and trying to watch as many of there games as possible however retards over at setanta are showing i think a total of 4 of their games all year with the city game coming up and majority of there games are on around 12-2 am on sat i was wandering if anyone has a good sight to live3 stream there games i cant seem to find one?

streams of champ games can be hard to find if sky aren't showing the game in the UK. my advice would be to find a decent fan forum (a Shef wed version of WSF) and check there on game day for links. I know that I generally have to rely on radio coverage of non-sky leeds games.

Aye, I managed to get a stream of Middlesbrough V Brentford last Saturday, but it is often difficult.

 

If I cannot get a live stream then someone on the Boro version of WSF patches up a link to the local BBC Middlesbrough radio station that broadcasts the games. Even if you are outside of Teesside in the UK you cannot get that radio station, so is really good that this guy does that.

 

Becomes harder for me when the clocks change though as a 3pm kick off currently is midnight and that pushes out to 2am when the clocks here and in the UK change.

If Boro are travelling well in the comp then are usually near the top for taking away supporters and are usually very loud!

 

Boro doing ok at the moment, would be disappointed if we didn't make the play offs this season.

the best thing about the championship i think is that because it has some big clubs that have fallen on tough times (wolves, leeds, shef wed, forest, boro) those clubs have shed their bandwagon prawn sandwich type fans and only have proper fans left so you get these great atmospheres with a couple of thousand travelling fans making a hell of a ruckus. its great.
