mikey Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 I don't know if its just pure luck or not but whenever I spot turner out I have to have a little chuckle, because for some reason his hands always seem to be down. Coincidence?
Jukes01 Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 I have to say, I thought the Active support was pretty good today. Your always going to have people who dont sing etc, but overall I thought that was a good hit out.

Coincidence? Not a coincidence. Pre the last derby, a few of us tried to get him to put his hands up in the Woolie. It took three of us, holding his arms in the air, but he kept putting his hands down...

Spot on. I don't think we've ever had problems at away games. Melbourne, ESFC were all solid. CCM wasn't as good but that could of been from the torrential downpour.
GunnerWanderer Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 we have a perfect away record in these game drawing big crowds as well, surely the football gods are rewarding us for travelling in massive numbers.
nicovperez Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Got a mad feeling a lot of flogs are going to be at the semi-final.. hopefully I get my ticket
Peaches Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Got a mad feeling a lot of flogs are going to be at the semi-final.. hopefully I get my ticket I think you could quite possibly be right.
RedBB Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 (edited) exactly what i was thinking ^ please PLEASE lets put a ******* brick wall to block off the rbb section.. this is the MOST IMPORTANT thing on our way to solid home support. Edited April 2, 2013 by RedBB
Legionista Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 You stand and you sing and follow the capos directions. It's simple
Ian Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Cove scarf was a trophy. Although I'm not sure why it was being used during chants... Trophy or not man i dont know why its brought up when there should be a wall of red and black.^x1000 completely agree what a disgrace. the smurfs will have a feild day with that photo Makes me sick seeing that stuff. I feel for the RBB needing to defend themselves constantly coz of flogs and blow ins that think that being an 'ultra' means carrying on like ****wits and smearing the work of those that built a club to give you an opportunity to be at a game. I hope none of you sit in the RBB, you are all very clueless.

We'd have a lot less problems if people put the effort they make in this joke into the rest of the bay...my hands are up more than 90% of the time, compared to the rest of the bays, so bloody use the joke on everyone else...

What makes you say that? clueless?? they dont have to earn there scarfs or have pride in them like we do so how is that going to affend any of them?? all it did was break up the colours of red and black that flood the bays (and stood out like dogs balls)

Well said mate. Dont know what ian was on about. He must be clueless himself
ATP Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Ian clueless? The reason y'all march on gameday is because of him & the bucketload of effort he puts in with the cops so show a bit of courtesy, everyone has an opinion...
Ian Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 that cove scarf embarassed sydney fc's fan more than you may realise. we may not have won on the field but we won off the field and that scarf is just one of the things we got over them.

wswanderersfc Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Ian clueless? The reason y'all march on gameday is because of him & the bucketload of effort he puts in with the cops so show a bit of courtesy, everyone has an opinion... and i know the effort he puts in and i appreciate it as much as anyone else i just dont think it had an effect on the cove. thats just my opinion nothing against ian if it had an affect i am not aware of then great
nl689 Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 ATP i appreciate all of the effort that Ian does for our club whether its mrch related or cop related. To not do so is to be a shitney supporter. My qualm is with shitney colours clogging OUR active bay, shitney supporters in full attire being allowed into OUR active support. So dont label me as clueless. I live in brisbane and have travelled to a number of away games including adelaide and have not stopped singing for the team which is more than i can say for a lot of 'hardcore' RBB supporters.
JohnG Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 So dont label me as clueless. I live in brisbane Aren't those statements mutually exclusive? And Ian's a buttmidget...

You know, to ease the pain of their rubbish season.
nl689 Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 So dont label me as clueless. I live in brisbane Aren't those statements mutually exclusive? And Ian's a buttmidget... Probably shouldve been clearer. Im from the west but studying in brisbane. Point being that even though im not able to make all the home games i do much more than a lot of people who claim theyre hardcore supporters
