Anyone know what jersey we're playing in?

It'll be interesting which kits both teams play in. I'm guessing Adelaide will be all in red and we'll be wearing the away kit with white shorts and socks. Anything else will clash too much imo

I think even that'll clash too.

Gonna watch a replay of the Wanderers-Mariners game to get me in to mood for Friday!!

Good luck.. It wasn't a very eventful match lol

Really?

What makes you think that?

It was great I watch live because we were there and drunk lol

Watching the game on replay, it was very defensive and cagey.. Mariners dominate possession but that was just the defenders passing to each other.

Not many chances, but a typical round one match..

Decent enough but not very eventful

True, it was very cagey but i quite enjoyed the tactical battle, found it fascinating, especially as it was our first match

didn't know where to post this, but just wondering if anyone knows a bar or pub that will definitely be telecasting the wanderers game? was thinking of heading down for a few pints with mates... hopefully one close to blacktown/hills district area if possible?

Bridge is terrible. My mates wife just turned to me and asked "Is he meant to be that lazy? He doesn't do anything unless the ball lands in front of him".

The Ref is glory huntingas well, throwing cards around for fun.

ffs, i swear kubi can do a better job on the counter attack than bridge, the poor guy cannot shoot from outside the box with any sort of power.

however i am happy with our performance overall for the first half

mostly good but way too many mistakes, we keep giving it away too easily and not make the most of our chances, but mostly positive

also that shot was epic shame it was saved

also the ref is 100 times better than the last but too card happy

Only change I'd make right now is maybe Labinot on for Hersi.

mark bridge is embarrasing. pull him off, bring on appiah kubi

That's gonna be difficult since Kubi isn't on the bench.

Dino looked really tired, we really needed another attacking option on the bench.

Topor really struggled, clumsy challenge for the dodgy pen and cheap turnover that led to the goal. Although someone should've been covering him when he pushed forward.

Regardless a decent performance, we just need to start taking our chances.

Bridge is still ****. Nailed on to score against us next week.

You lack any direction in the final third, which is a shame because other than Hyphen tonight, your defence was quite decent. Very impressed with Elrich coming off the bench. Covic was strong as always.

Your midfield is very. . . . uneven. Mooy oozes quality, but the rest let him down, with link-up being very disjointed. Kresinger is slow as which looks like it hinders you a bit, and it also make mooy's options slightly smaller.

I'd say that Adelaide deserved to win, on the back of great wing play and a superb counter attack. That Pen was horseshit though. I can see you guys improving, but it was to start up-front.

Unlucky tonight. Lacking some fire power upfront. But we will get it next week.

bridge has gotta be dropped to the bench, he had 1 or 2 good moments but thats it, felt like we were playin with 10 men he was that unnoticeable,

we were too easy to defend, we constantly kept going down right flank, hardly see action going down left but thats where bridge was.

tarek def good, should be pushin 4 a start very soon.

unlucky but adelaide prob did deserve to win, covic save was awesome tho, love it when a keeper saves a penaly when games in balance.

I was pretty happy with the performance, midfield is looking solid. Ono was all class. Just need to capitalise on our chances. Btw, cant believe the crowd was only 8500. What else is there to do in Adelaide??

bunch of divers the reds, they were floppingover for any touch, rookie ref swallowed it hook line and sinker
