on my X/twitter feed ive come across both Margush and Janjetovic's GK howlers in the past 24 hours - both against Brisbane

is Thomas about to have his own howler moment?

I wasn't confident the field would be up to standard before I heard about the concert.

Neither team is up to standard so the field should be spot on for the both of them.

Tbh..if it bobbles off a shite pitch and beats Thomas it is hardly his howler...

Margush and Janjetovic didn't need any excuses....they were just shite.

About as strong as he has available. How we play formation wise will be interesting

I'm guessing diamond 4 again in midfield

Al, "it's been shown anyone can beat anyone in the a league"

me, "it hasn't as we haven't shown we can beat anyone"

Form, structure, and anything else counts for little when we play Brisbane. Regardless of where they are on the table we are lousy against them. Expecting very little tonight.

Brisbane have a clear advantage as they got the eat all the potatoes they harvested from the pitch before kickoff.

That's why you start Mata.

But he doesn't run enough obviously

IN. SWINGING. CORNERS.

Please take note Babbel, Carlo and Rudes.

Stick the ball in on the penalty spot swinging in. Not short passes all the way back to the keeper

Amazing what can happen when you put it in the box.

Thomas hurt as well?

Can do it on a rainy night in Stoke, can’t do it on a cow paddock in Milton.

Ah walked out of the room for a moment. What’s the matter with Mata?

Panta took a couple of long goal kicks against Auckland last weekend.

Taking 15 long GKs in a night can definitely play havoc on your ankle. If his injury is still slightly lingering then its not a bad idea.

He got subbed off. No visible injury, didn't bother with treatment, he just walked off. Presumably some kind of muscle injury.
