  • A-League Tickets Available!

    mack

Tickets for the majority of matches for the A-League this season went on sale this morning.

If you need tickets, get onto the ticketek and proticket websites depending on which matches you are looking to purchase, and get buying.

A great tip for anyone buying multiple matches on ticketek is that during Step 4 of the checkout process, there is a small "Add More Tickets" button, that if clicked takes you back to the home page.

This button allows you to navigate to multiple matches, regardless of team (apart from Newcastle, who use Proticket), and buy up to 10 matches in one transaction, with only 1 transaction and 1 credit card fee.

Proticket has an easier system to buy multiple tickets, but Newcastle have not allowed away support tickets to be sold at the moment. General Admission is available however, and buying both at once gives the same benefit of getting both tickets for one transaction fee.

One final note, is that Sydney FC are not releasing tickets to the 2nd SFS Sydney Derby yet.

I hope everyone can get to all the matches they want, and can use this information to potentially save large amounts of money by avoiding the excessive fees that Ticketek & Proticket charge supporters.

If you are looking for transport to the Mariners & Newcastle matches, please take a look at the Sportslink International Coaches Thread.

Coming over from England for New Year to take in the retention of the Ashes, will tickets be readily available for your game on 1/1/14? Would love to take a game in while i'm over.

Active area for the coming season is members only.

There has been talk of a 'buy back scheme', not sure if that will materialise.

    CPC? :cheeky:

Just check out any seating map that will be available on the site you buy your tickets from, the closest you can get to the active area will be fine.

It's a boutique stadium so any seat will do the job

In regards to General Admission tickets, you can go to any area marked in blue on the following map link

    Bays 1, 11 - 15, 17 - 28, 44 - 47

Purchased GA tix, the lady on the phone said anywhere on blue on the stadium map that beerslayer pointed to above.

The lady also mentioned that Away supporters now have 53 and 54 as well as 29-32.

If anything like the game that brought home the Premiers Plate in 2012-13 Foundation Season, anywhere from Bay 22-bay 28 or bay 44-47. Enter from the Leagues Club side, the other side is generally Mariners fans section

I've got 4 tickets next to each other for the SYDNEY FC vs WSW game at Allianz. Bought them, now i'm going overseas and will not be here for that game.

Not trying to make any profit off them. They are $28 + that $5 booking fee. I'll take $30 per ticket. negotiable.

Four adult tix in a row BAY 40. I know there is still tix available but there might be a good samaratin out there who would do me a favour and take these off my hands. I'll buy you a beer next home game at the Bavarian!

I'll accept EFT then I will email you the tickets.

I can't understand why Ticketeck/Club are not opening up ticket sales for the 2nd home game v Adelaide on Fri 1st November, now.

Our first home game has sold out, and there are a few reasons why sales should be opened many days earlier than 9am 31st Oct:

    1. It is a Friday, so the match will be live on SBS

    2. The weather may not be good, and would be known by ticket sale time

    3. The team may not be playing so well by then (let's hope this won't happen)

    4. How can we reasonably expect Reds fans to make the trip over if they can't get a ticket till the day before?!

Guys I am looking to get a ticket for my wife in the west stand. If anyone has a spare ticket please PM me. PS I'm happy to take East stand if I have no luck with the West. Thanks.

Well, the Ashes retention isn't going too well, but looking forward to this game.

Hope I manage to get tickets. If I don't, I'll be on the scrounge on here next week!

Have the tickets for New years day gone on sale? Expected to see them on ticketek going on sale in a few hours but it says only away tickets will be available?

members got an email saying that tickets go on sale to the General Public on Tuesday, 17 December. it doesn't say what time though but probably at 9am AEDT.

RBB tickets won't be sold though, but if you want to get close to the RBB you should get a ticket for anywhere in East, or South end GA, after you enter the ground you should be able to walk around to bay 60 next to the RBB (fenced off tho). i say "should" as a disclaimer because i've never tried it myself.

Whats going on with tickets to the second derby? why dont i have a code in the mail or something?

I got an email back from the club that an email is going to be sent around later today regarding the derby game. It didn't say that a code was on the way just that an email was coming regarding it.

Doesn't sound great and that was early this morning and I believe nothing has been sent still. Will be a very quiet membership pre sale tomorrow at this rate if their is no way of getting in. Unless they just go straight to public.

    • I'll preface this by saying everyone is always welcome here, but to be honest you've been pretty sharp with people in here too. Even going to far as to accuse a certain poster of spreading silly 3rd hand rumours. That same individual was someone who previously regularly had the CEO of the club over to their house for dinner, a pretty well informed person.  This is off season on the WSW forum. Specifically the squad development thread turns into a complete crap shoot for 5 months. Absolutely nothing is achieved and we refuse to be serious. I encourage you to join in the stupidity and not resist it. It's an excellent way to pass one of the worlds longest off seasons
