They forecast 12-13k members by the close of the day and plan to cap membership at 15-16k

Could you imagine the planning meetings a year ago, if someone mentioned capping membership they'd have been laughed out of the office

He wants it to be GA so 800 people try and cram into Bay 56

    Only 800?

as long as the spillage is into 57 and not 55  :xbop:

Isn't it your job to stand between the bays anyway to relay signals? Preventing spillage will now be another of your duties

I hope the buy back is less than cost price and is a reduced amount... Otherwise people will just have memberships and be able to get a full refund.

I didnt read it as you get the money back, just that your seat will be for sale for the games that you cant attend?

I would imagine they would buy the seat for cost and then sell it for full price. For a RBB membership that would be $220/13 games = 16.92 a home game. Then they sell it for $20-$22 whatever it normally is.

I have purchased RBB membership. Does that mean I can stand where I want or will there be some sort of Bay allocation. Last season we all just stood where we wanted

Pretty sure it will be bay allocation.

How will allocated bays work in the RBB as its just one big open area ?

We don't know yet. Be patient. Dukes will reveal all eventually.

As far as I know the proposal was to just have the bay no. on the membership (eg Bay 56), then all of that Bay is GA for ppl allocated to that Bay (with La Banda obviously having their reserved area). This is also supposed to stop people lining up and skipping the march to get into Bay 56 (or whatever Bay they prefer). We'll see what happens though I guess.

oh i clicked on the red section and saw it in the pricing section with no sold out and the prices as normal but if you do click on the white and black it does go to the main page, it could be an error on the site, you think they would have removed it as an option if it was not an option anymore so i am not sure, welcome to the site btw

    Thanks for the welcome :)

Hoping its an error. It was there at 1 when I got my membership so I think it's weird that its gone. Red and black just says sold out when you click on it so black and white cant be sold out surely??

no problem and i wouldnt think so, if they implement a buy back scheme then she can most likely attend most home matches but then again that might be too expensive either way good luck, sorry i didnt help much
