I reckon play Juric from the start. Don't like this save the best for later stuff. That's fine if we are still at 0-0 but if they have scored and are winning then their confidence will be sky high. We need to score first, silence the crowd and heap the pressure on their players.

And 'Bring back The Boss'....!

I posted this somewhere the other day.

Club have packed both home & away ACL kits, as the AFC won't make a decision until 24 hours prior to the match.

Popamwill definitely go with a defensive lineup he always does, it's our game plus we don't need a goal. With the game 0-0 at half time they will start pushing more forward which is perfect for our game the 'contra napad' (counter attack).

I've seen this scenario play out in front of my eyes at least 20 odd times. It's like an episode that you keep watching over and over, except here you're genuinely excited even though you know what's coming up next.

yesterday i have attended WSW training although the training was closed. they been late for training for one hour indeed , and they came in regular bus and they got extra cars from people who woking in the hotel.

It was shame for alhilal and i think this the fault of public relationship in alhilal.

However, i have discussed with some reporters form Chanel 7 and some players such as Tomi and Santalab and they look confident of wining the trophy this saturday. this is because they think alhilal players will be under pressure of scoring in the first 20 minutes  due to the huge number of fans who gonna attend the match.

N.B | i have tried to uploads some photos but it seems doesn't  work with me due to some extension errors ..!

Thanks Tom for the update. I was on FB earlier this afternoon (Qld time) and chatted briefly with Tricky (aka Jason Trifiro). He told me the boys were in good spirits and are confident of winning the tie and importantly are keeping safe. Time to go to bed, gotta flight to Sydney to catch!

Hi Wanderers :meep: ,

I'm new to this forum. What brought me here is the interesting discussions about the game on Saturday.

Quick facts:

*Statistically, Alhilal haven't received any goals at home since the second game of the 2014 Asian Champions League. This means 5 out of 6 games so far (more than 80%).

*Alhilal scored 15 goals at home since the beginning of this league. This is around 3 goals per game at home.

*During extra time, the wanderers won't have the advantage of scoring away goals anymore.

*No doubt the wanderers have such a good defence and goalie, but I still think that luck played a big role against their opponents in some games during the league.

Rege is not stupid to push his players to score a goal from the very beginning because he knows that our players' endurance and speed will bring the goal at anytime during the game. So, he will play smart and balanced. The goal is to score one goal so our players can gain back the confidence they lost in the first leg. Then, he will shoot for the second killing goal.

This is the scenario I expect.

btw playing defensive all the time is not always a winner. I'll have so much respect for the wanderers if they are able to win this game because they will face the unbearable stress and pressure from our crazy fans during the whole game.

Good luck :meep:

btw, cheers to all Alhilal fans in this forum.

Every season we are so close to win this tournament but we don't !!

Is it really impossible ..?

Of course not. We've been the Asian Champions 6 times before. It's just a coincidence.

Don't worry my friend, on Saturday, the players will make it. I trust my boys :good:.

If you're a true Alhilal fan, then you know there's nothing impossible :xnod:.

i will stick to what Ibn Musuaad said : There is no team can beat Alhilal but himself !!

i trust that we will win and with a big score if and only if our players are playing their best ..

He got offended cos of the bus not turning up thing???? Lol grow some coglioni dude! was just a f**king joke!!! Sense of humour dude!! ......hey! are u my missus? :P

We dont know what offended him but I dont think it was that. I look at the last post before he said his goodbye and it might be one of those posts. These guys have been pretty genuine, so I think we should all ease up a little. Plenty of supporters from rival clubs get along being friendly ie Celtic-Liverpool, Celtic-StPauli etc etc. I like these guys too.

I had a dig at Al Hilal not having it in them to do it alone without the help of God. Think BOSS may have interpreted that as being a shot at his faith. It wasn't though. BOSS, if you're reading, It was just banter and I wasn't having a go at youre religion, just youre team's inadequacy.

So they need to pray for greater powers to intervene and make Wanderers lose. Al Hilal isn't up for the task on its own?

We ask God every small or big thing

and We thank him for everything

I sincerely hope that you will thank her when you guys come second.

That's right, we come second when trophy is handed after silver medalists. :xnod:
