I'd like to thank those who have signed the Change.Org petition. thinking we would be lucky to get 100 signatures, we have just ticked over 1100 or so people who have signed up for this fight.

Thanks to all those who have and if you haven't as yet, please do. Pass this on to all of your Social Media accounts, friends, family and other Football tragics who are right behind this fight for change, it doesn't matter who you support we are all in this together.

I thought I'd share this comment from one of the signatories. It really is a classic.....  :ninja:

Rebecca Wilson who is a serial drink drive offender and is still caught driving on a suspended license talks to Alan Jones, a man who groomed young boys for sex as a teacher in Sydney during the 1970's and who in the 1980's was caught in a sting soliciting gay sex in a public Toilet in London - come up between them that A-League fans are terrorists... pretty sure both these scumbags are a greater threat to our children, especially our young boys who play street football, Rebecca Wilson will run them over drunk and Alan Jones will sodomise their lifeless corpses.

Oh Dear....  :nono:  :nono:  :nono:

Bump... :nono:  :nono:  :nono:

To all in the RBB, love everything you do and I support your stance but I will not walk out.

Been supporting the team from day 1 and I cannot walk out on the players or supporting my team.

I feel for you but at my age, this fight is for the young actives to voice a protest to the FFA.

I will be sitting on the non TV side with 7 other friends and family, we WILL all rise to salute and clap when the RBB walk out, I'll make sure all around us know what is happening.

I am a prolific letter writer, bombarded the pedo and serial driving piss pot, plus have written to all associations voicing our issues with the FFA and the disgraceful weekend so called expose.

Just one question; Has anyone from the RBB advised Popa and the players what you are intending to do?

I wouldn't like to think our boys see the RBB leave and not know what is happening.

If you have an RBB membership and don't walk out then you fail at active support 101.

It's as simple as that.

Posted

Does make a hard case to buy tickets & organise the trip there now though. I have active membership and would walk out as i believe that the RBB should act as one & keep the disagreements for the forums.

Posted

I think when the RBB say "walk out", they just mean "walk out of the active areas".

Like, I think they wouldn't mind if 'walk out' participants pop up in another bay and just sit there quietly for the rest of the match

I haven't bought a ticket yet. But it's worth the $35 and train trip to stick it up the FFA. Plus, we can watch the game in the pub. Still get to chant before the game, for half the game, and have a few drinks.

I see it as a duty, but I'm also going to enjoy it.

Buddy up with someone and get a family ticket. It's 50 bucks for four people. You just have to figure out who is going to impersonate as a child.

No I kinda think walk out means walk out not change bays. Don't know how you manage the Poznan when not look means not look. We would look like fools if we just played musical chairs and if I see you damn you'll know about it. Damn it Unlimited just bleed some for the cause and get out of your comfort zone. It will be practice for the revolution.

I have a newborn so its hard enough to get out for a home game at the moment. I do want to get there though and show support so don't count me out yet.

I wasn't sure about going until I saw this earlier today:

I welcome all Wanderers fans to Gosford on Sunday for the game against CCM, I respect the RBB,s decision to walk out of the game in protest

I'm going and have no probs with walking out if a guy like Lawrie gets us

Lawrie is a top bloke. Spent 2 weeks in Brazil on tour with him and the Sportslink crew at last year's World Cup. Funny as well.

We all love our football and it will be difficult to walk out, but this is bigger than one game.

Dude everyone's in a different boat, I was just stating what I was doing. I don't have anything holding me back from going, so I'm going. I'm sure there will be plenty of other opportunities to show support for this, doubt the FFA will come to the party straight away!

Shaun probably showed him the warning from the FFS

What a top bloke. Was a great player, good coach and now Mayor of Gosford City. He signed our petition and re-tweeted it to his followers. He is a gun. We need guys like that on our side.

What do you mean "you weren't sure about going"???

You go to the Settler's Arms, have a few beers and a Schnitzel, then you go for a walk and drag your belly over that blasted hill, enter the stadium, hang around for a bit, walk out, swing by the pie shop, and once strengthened tackle that hill again (which seems easier on the way back). Then you step into the Settler's Arms once more for some additional internal lubrication and to re-hydrate (and maybe another Schnitzel), watch the rest of the game, get into your car, switch on the auto pilot, and head back to your neck of the woods.

What's there to not be sure about about? What are you? An ESFC supporter???

The man did spend a lot of time at Blacktown City so I'd say he has a good understanding of the area and the sh*t the fans are going through

And was Head Coach at Hills United (now Brumbies) a number of years back. I was in a youth team and he was coaching the first team... guess who a first team 'keeper was... KGJ :D

So City, Victory and us are walking out. Cove are doing their thing.

Rumours the Mariners are going to be silent (yeah I know!) and also walk out.

The Den made similar statements to us and NT, but are they planning any action?

And what of the others? Glory had a relatively high number of banned, given their crowds.

The Den don't have a home game (as in Brisbane) for around 5-weeks.
