Description: A talented young striker who had the early part of his career marred by off-field controversy. His first stint at the Wanderers career burned bright, quickly becoming a supporter favourite for his passion and goal scoring ability only for a rumoured falling out with the senior playing staff & coaches seeing him leave the club at the conclusion of his first and only season in the Red & Black. After a horror run for Iraklis he initially came back to the Wanderers for a short trial before signing a 2 year deal. His second coming lastly little more than half a season as he fell victim to Tony Popovic's notoriously short fuse and joined Andrew Redmayne in being punted from the club in January 2017.

Bulut is like getting back with an ex, you forget all the bad stuff, horrible breakup & the reason you broke up in the first place. Then then get together again despite all rational judgement.

The first time, he left too early. He thought he was better than he was, wanted more money to re-sign before running into issues with his team mates (well just one actually). He bombed out overseas but we wanted it to work out so bad that we took him back giving him the benefit of the doubt, not just Popa but the fans too.

On his return, he was never meant to play such a pivotal role in our team but we needed him to be our main goal scorer. Issues first arose when the coaching team noted some discrepancies with his performances in training. That led to a spell on the sidelines but his off the field behavior which didn’t get much public attention was the nail in th coffin.

Personally the straw that broke the camels back was when he was enjoying himself on a yacht whilst we were playing a game. It was a match made in heaven but second time it was never meant to be, there is a saying in Italian “E una minestra riscaldalta” which means reheated soup is never as good as the first time.

Reports from Turkey saying he's been given a 4 year ban for cocaine use.

The gift that keeps on giving.

I'd take it with a grain of salt (or some grains of another white powder) at this stage, 4 years is well beyond the standard penalties for any form of drug test failures.

Better than jail I guess...

"Turkey has strict laws against the use, possession or trafficking of illegal drugs. If you are convicted of any of these offences, you can expect to receive a heavy fine or a prison sentence of 4 to 24 years."

He was never a clever guy.

But in saying that... We know what happened to the last guy that had a snort... He ended up in Perth.

Our man in the field Turner has advised broken shoulder.

Didn’t want to take the taxi to the hospital because?

It's like in the gangster movies when someone gets shot. You can't go to the hospital, you've got to go to the retired doctor on the payroll who fixes you up on their kitchen table.

It'll hurt his chances of being re-signed by WSW obviously.

Surely

Certainly

Possibly

Maybe

Heard a rumour Kerem will be playing next season in the NSW NPL with Mt Druitt Rangers.

Obviously a League far below the talent of this prodigious gentleman but hey play half a season there and the A League will come running after him you can bet on it.

Golden Boot incoming.
