We switch to 4 4 2 with 25 to go.

Kubi off, a cdm off. Saba on. Castelen on.

Yeah I would take off Kubi and bring on Saba and Caste. La Rocca needs to watch he doesn't get a second yellow also, he doesn't look happy in his work tonight, body language not good.

Cole had some ok moments in first half in my opinion. Some of the through balls he did were good. Appiah just doesn't learn that he can't kick the ball so hard if he's going to keep it. La Rocca and poljak are uncharacteristic. Let's see how this half goes.

Good replays at half time. Clear footage of the foul on Cole for their first goal and clear footage of the blatant penalty on Santalab. We've been poor but Victory are allowed to settle and play their way when the referee puts them in the lead like that.

Listen, we can bitch about the decisions against us but that is the way it goes, truth is we have been poor and look like we are elsewhere in  mind and not there physically.

Still 45 mins to go though and lets see Popa mix it up a bit from the bench second half  :good:

I agree we've been poor (said exactly that in the post) but we wouldn't have looked as poor at 1-1 and not chasing the game.

If this continues I may skip the derby and watch the Bledisloe next Saturday... I'd actually find it easier to stomach a mauling by the Kiwis than I would a big loss to the smurfs.

FFS   Can't handle it already hey.

TP has just admitted a big mistake, two subs at half time. really all we have is romeo on the bench. I would hate  to think if we get a defender injured. not sure if fofanah can play there but didn't Perkatis travel as well. now we r f!@ked

    ******* he'll.

We are just playing utter **** football. Golec having a shocking game unfortunately.

The whole team is. I'm speechless.

It's alarming how often we put a foot on the ball with time and pass it directly to a blue shirt.

    :nono:

The comment was partly tongue in cheek, but I enjoy both rugby and football so there is a real question when two of the most important games of the year clash.

That said I will be there in Sydney next week rain, hail or shine.

And crap. Next week should be fun. Hopefully there is hail!

    Was LaRocca hurt?

That was a weird change. Trifiro is average and wasn't going to change anything. Has he even had a touch?

Anyone blaming the ref for this game needs to open their second eye. We have been woeful across the park. Sure, a pen at 1-0 down might have changed the game, but FMD if we haven't leaked some very soft goals since then.

This is the sort of performance I was expecting in season 1, not season 3.

Worst performance in a wanderers jersey. Just shows how vital NTS is with distribution.

Our worst ever loss is 3-1.

Oh look, Viduka in the crowd.

Cling Bolton is terrible. I might get Fox and suffer the utterances of Slater as a means of recovering from the aural assault that is this Melbourne-centric (all things Melbourne, not just the Victory) 'expert' commentary!

Wow we are sh it all over the field.

Defensive structure sh it. Defence all over the shop, mids not holding the ball, and covering the defence and attack ineffective on the whole.
