Should be a good match, I'm hopefully of a win, but given recent form I'd be happy with a draw.

Guizhou finished 4th last year in the CSL and seem to change the colour of their uniform every season it seems.

They also won the Chinese version of the FA Cup last year.

Jonas Salley is also on their books,

Please correct me if I'm wrong - but I feel like the last three matches there hasn't been much rotation...or am I remembering wrong? I just remember at the beginning of the season, there seemed to be a lot of movement in and out of the team, unless now I'm so used to it, I'm oblivious.

I miss Spira. Hope he plays but I want him playing against Adelaide on Sat...

fun fact: guizhou, a small province in china has a population of 34.69 Million

:woah:

By their standards that's tiny.  Puts things in perspective!

If we keep making defensive errors this team will make us pay, hoping for a draw and a different line up need a few rotations in our squad

Yeah you're correct hasn't been much Beach in for spira. La Rocca, Mooy, Poljak and Shinji sharing 3 roles. outside of this pretty standard.

Of all days I have to start work at 4.30am, the morning after the first training session for the season... might get home and have a nap before the game me thinks :)

A number of our 'best' 11 have not travelled to China for this game.

I heard something similar.

What's the story with that? Why are we going over there with a subpar team? We should be going for the win not parking the bus and hoping for a draw.

If we don't get a result in this match, the ACL is almost out of reach already.

Seems very odd with all of this squad rotation, squad preservation, whatever you want to call it, and then not take a full strength team... I could maybe understand it if we had won on matchday 1, but it's just odd.

i saw a photo of the plane ride from one of the players and in the background inside the plane was tyson, mooy, hersi.

To watch this id say marconi would be showing it, not sure if woolie would show it or if they are open past midnight or same goes with roxy.

Clearly we don't need our best 11 to get the result :)

Hopefully if we take the lead we can actually defend it. The amount of goals we have been leaking is worrying.

Nick a goal and then back the bus up and proceed to park it appropriately.
