Wanderers: Ante Covic, Daniel Mullen, Daniel Alessi, Nikolai Topor-Stanley, Antony Golec, Brendan Hamill, Alusine Fofanah, Mateo Poljak, Yianni Perkatis, Jason Trifiro, Iacopo La Rocca, Kwabena Appiah, Labinot Haliti, Vitor Saba, Mark Bridge, Golgol Mebrahtu, Dean Bouzanis, Steve Kuzmanovski

Kuzmanovski will surely get a run unless Haliti plays 90mins. Surely Popa wouldn't put Kubi or Bridge upfront.

Also, what's going with Golgol? Would he really be ok to play?

Hoping to see a sharper Bridge tomorrow, he has been a bit sluggish so far for mine.

didn't travel with the team to west Asia training camp and was classified as injured... To put it into perspective, Spira travelled with the squad and did some light training but won't be risked till the start of the aleague season. We won't see him till the new year if we are lucky but should have some idea when he starts training with the team when he will become available again.

Golgol won't play but I assume he has to be named since we need a minimum amount of players. There's 18 players named in our squad.

Seems like a complete waste bringing him when he should just focus on his rehab. Remember when we played the last game of the group stage and the opposition brought 14 players leaving the rest at home? Why can't we do the same?

is Castelen in the squad?

based on the 3+1 foreigner rule in the acl you can have 3 international players + 1 Asian based player. Since we have no Asian player, we currently have the three international spots filled by Saba, la rocca and Poljak with Adeleke and Romeo missing out

This has to be a mistake because I've seen pictures of Sortirio travelling with the group.

The starting 11 will have to dig very deep. There is no real relief on the bench.

With Castelen, Adeleke, Spranovic, Juric, Santalab, Cole and the two still to be filled squad positions we are missing eight players which we would like to see play regularly.

If Saba can play 90, then he'll start. Otherwise we might see Trifiro there as the AM which we've seen a couple times.

I know Vitor has been talking his chances of starting up a bit, however, I doubt that will be the case in the away leg.

Popa will back Bridge to play #10 & start Fofanah or Sotirio on the left.

Vitor can be injected into the match after 60 mins, to hopefully cause some havoc against their tiring defence.

I expect Vitor to secure his initial run on start on home soil, in a fortnight.

GAME DAY!!!!!

If Saba got a card tonight would that rule him out of the home leg. If so probably would be better to put him on later and get a flare substitute.(no pun intended)

Once again 1-1. Labs will rise to the challenge and take himself some glory

Haliti double will do the job. 2-2 draw to float my boat.

I'd be thrilled with 1-1, any goal tomorrow night is absolute gold. I back us to do the defensive job at home.

1-1 would be a good result.

An away goal is golden, but a 0-0 result wouldn't be a disaster, I would back us to win outright at home.

Cannot afford to get beaten 1-0 or 2-0 of course!

What I wouldn't give for an early goal!

GAME DAY

And with that my productivity plummets.

There is no productivity today for me.

Got 4-5 hours sleep to watch LFC's glorious return to the UCL and now I'm smashing espresso's to try and get some buzz going.

I'll try sneak a power nap after work I suppose.

You know I have this  nagging feeling that this SF is going to go all the way to penna's at Parra :shok: Not sure my heart could stand that.

just imagine the noise, surely we could have them at the north end
