wendybr Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 What's he saying? Begged the FFA, for a second time in a week, to institute an appeals process. Got quite choked up.... and handed over to Rudan.... who continued in a more controlled manner. A plea to the FFA to install an appeals process now and stand up for the fans - saying this is serious - he is quite VERY emotional too. Fixed!
Horus Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 (edited) "Fans can do without football, football cannot go without fans" ...I think bozza's afraid that this whole thing could ruin what the RBB, and NT bring because the FFA are being so pig headed, all the fox sports football guys are really supportive of the fans Edited November 28, 2015 by Horus
Unlimited Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 dammit, i switched to the cricket during the HT break Was Bozza's rant good TV?
Horus Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Robbie Slater just gave the FFA a serve, and backed the NT and bozza
Jukes01 Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Bear in mind the Police will do everything they can to try antagonise people for a reaction to justify their numbers. Great point Hawks. Best thing the fans can do is disperse to give the police no excuses and just head back to the pub. They will be itching to have a go. Cant let the pricks win.
KGee Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 If you can't take banners what's to stop you all wearing white T-shirts under your Wanderers tops each with a single letter on it. I'm sure you can make something up in the stadium with it. I know you're all pretty imaginative when something gets your goat.

Do it like on the Seinfeld episode where they each painted a letter on their chest.

marron Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 There's a pretty big groundswell it would seem in support. Really important to keep that going. Give these ****s no excuse to bash us and tear down that support no matter what. God knows they want to.
SomeGuy1977 Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Bec Wilson, you're a flog Why don't you just stick to grog With a knick knack paddywack blow into this please Once again you're RBT
wendybr Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Unfortunately it doesn't look like I'm going tomorrow. A long way to take kids only to see half the game is the gist in my home and family. I'm tortured by it. You see, if we came, we would definitely be walking out, not a doubt in my mind. I am with you all in spirit! You know what, Cynth? If the only reason not to go is that you don't want to disappoint your kids by walking out, if I were you... rather than staying home, I'd go with the family (as an "Up yours!" to RW, the DT , AJ and co) but stay and applaud the walk out, as the whole of Etihad did, including the Adelaide supporters. The North Terrace walking out was given plenty of prominence by the Fox Sports cameras and by the commentators ....at 30 mins, at half time and then again after the game. The point was made loud and clear! It didn't need a full stadium walk out. The atmosphere turned to crap, but the players still had some support. Why empty both barrels in the first round of this campaign?? If the condemnation the FFA is so publicly receiving, from so many quarters, falls on deaf ears in a week's time and the walkouts continue.... the protests can be ramped up progressively. I thought what was done by SFC last night and MV tonight was very effective...and it can be built on if the campaign for fair treatment is protracted. My 2 cents worth.
Convertedfan Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Coverage of the North terrace walk out .. That's the type of message that the FFA can't ignore good decision
West13 Posted November 28, 2015 Author Posted November 28, 2015 ^^ Foxtel will have a HUUUUGE influence on the FFA with this one. They are the current TV money and about to kick off negotiations for next rights. Remember at the Marconi forum, Bozza said Patrick Delaney had a big picture of RBB in his office. Delaney is the CEO. No atmosphere, no product, no $$$. The walkouts are crucial to this. Also, heard Delaney putting his brave spin on losing EPL yesterday, saying they want to focus on local sports includimg A-League. The FFA cant afford to ignore Foxtel....
JayZko Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 What I want to know is the police presence in Gosford for 8000 of us walking out.....antagonising will be on the agenda there going to be foaming at the mouth to make some revenue so train is in# wsw Merch counselled# and so over this nsw ******* nanny state **** Our rights in all aspects have been taken away from us when u look at the greater picture my generation can't even buy a house smoke on a night out drive a v8 on there p plates let alone get there p plates because they cost to much so much for the Aussie dream More like the Aussie disillusion We need an Aussie constitution suits enough said

West13 Posted November 28, 2015 Author Posted November 28, 2015 Just saw this on Mack's twitter.. great stuff Mack. 'I want to go home, i want to go hoome, im in a public toilet, and so is Alan Jones' Side note, i have no idea why AJ hates football. There is a team perfectly suited for him to support in Swiss league... Young Boys.
randy81 Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 My family and i will be attending the game in gen admin with my extended family (ccm fans). We will stand and clap and make sure others around know what its for. I just hope that there is no excuse given for additional media backlash. The walkout needs to be peaceful, no flares, no fights otherwise it will work into those media gronk hands and all be for nothing. They will be looking for any excuse to publish a bad headline - lets not give them one.....

nmh94 Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Bozza's halftime https://twitter.com/FOXFOOTBALL/status/670565439148158976 This was outstanding from Bozza. Football journalists standing up for us is another part of the puzzle we need, and Bozza has done it perfectly here.

andypk Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Hopefully our walkout happens on 30 mins too. It'll be a demonstration of unity with other fans and allow Bozza and co. to say more at half time again

Guest mickisnot Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Watching the footage of Victory's walkout last night. Andy Harper making his moral high ground speech from his highly paid position. So far above the stands he's almost touching the sky. Sorry Harper not all of us have a lucrative gig watching footy for a living. If we all got paid $500,000 a year to watch the A-League I'd be more inclined to take orders and seldom would I worry about police treatment. By the way Harper your commentary has, and always be, shït. Jog on.
