I love the smell of Disloyalty Derby morning as my Pigsy nostrils snort but never inhale. Last night's pigsty of a game showed again it's in the terraces where it's at. All are watching the PAX count because this is the Active tide of heaving humanity that even the players will bow to. Last weekends fairytales are gone. Burn and celebrate the Bulut.

That email is an f***ing insult.

I may be a boring family man with 2 boring cars with 2 kids & another on the way but I hope 50 flares get ripped & the faux nanny state social engineers at the FFA can have a cry about it to themselves.  It's indicative of the modern game that the fans who put the most effort into supporting their team are the ones who get patronised the most.

In conclusion, f*** you FFA.

:)

The excitement on a night before a derby is better than the night before christmas eve,

My kids who generally turn to dust if the sun hits them before 9am on a weekend have been up since 7am kicking the ball around in the backyard.  They're pumped.  :good:

Maybe we should just play for no points every week and let people rip flares.

Or we could watch football.

Yep. Everyone knows we have a 3 pt sentence hanging over us, there's absolutely no need to send an email like that to highlight it on the eve of the game. All it does, as your post points out, is enrage people and make those that are thinking of ripping a flare more likely to do so.

Exactly. People will do whatever they were planning to do anyway.  Some pissy little email masquerading as a directive accusing those of disloyalty will pretty much make people dig their heels in regardless of threats.

Not sure the video was FFA - Bulut, Santa etc want the points and support in the best way possible.  A look back at a few flared moments in the past haven't been too glorious for the players - watch their faces at the distraction, smoke and crap.  Wonder how Bulut will feel when his injury time winner to claim 3 pts is negated by a few self-obsessed people who light up??

Jsut got my Western Sydney Wanderers Digital Membership Card, hope all the people missing tier packs got them too.

I wish they'd sent them (both packs and digital cards) out earlier, Facebook has been a punish with people complaining.

I was going to post my points of disagreement to this post. Then I thought "good one FFA/Club, start a war between fans on the eve of the game".

Wonderful, isn't it? Biggest club game in history, so let's **** up the ticketing, and the send out an email which enrages some and has others on edge. Yep, they really know how to promote the game, don't they? Idiots.

Hey eggs can the digital ones be scanned at the gate off your phone? I probably won't be home IF the email comes though

Tried calling the club, obviously no pickup on a Saturday, tried emailing but to no avail. W ha ta the general consensus? Should I risk going to the stadium to pick up someone else's ticket or should I just let it slip?

Email says you have to print out the digital membership card they sent out at 7am this morning. Won't work off phone. Not sure if everyone got the same email, i got my card already but got the email as well.

"If you have not received your Membership pack in the post, you can still gain entry into Saturday's Sydney Derby - brought to you by Events Cinemas - by clicking on the link below to download and print the PDF version of your card and scan it at the turnstiles. You cannot scan this PDF version of your membership card from your mobile or tablet, it must be printed."

Thanks. ******* great. Hope it comes before I leave.

And you got both but I got neither. And I rang them yesterday and they said they would send it to me. I am so pissed.

Yeah not confident going into this after seeing our consistent defensive blunders and Redmayne still in goals.

I'll take a scrappy draw.
