I forgot Arslanagic played for MacArthur but this quote itself is gold

Extract from the terrorgraph

An international footballer has been sacked from his A-League team after he threatened to kill police officers who tried to usher him out of a bar following a day of heavy drinking.

Dino Arslanagic, 31, shouted that he would shoot and kill police officers outside Merivale venue Jam Bar in Sydney’s CBD just after midnight on December 19.

He had spent the day of December 18 drinking in the Hunter Valley wine region, dining at well-known restaurant Totti’s, and attending a concert before he decided to end the night at Merivale venue Jam Bar with his fiancee

We would like to thank Dino for his time, dedication, and contributions to the club. We wish him all the best in his future endeavours.

That's a pretty generous farewell for someone you fired for threating a cop.

Meanwhile our mutual termination announcements for people who didn't commit crimes:

Not surprised at all, when we lost to them recently, I thought he was a handful and could play at a higher level, good luck to him

It's so weird.

He was scouted to the Wanderers Academy from SA club MetroStars. When he was at the Wanderers, he was quite underwhelming for us and then as soon as he joined the Cows, he played well.

Oli Jones gone overseas too.

I met him he was doing some coaching at Leicchardt, he is a really nice guy, sorry to sound like an old lady but a very nice young man.

Hope he smashes it. Here's WSW not able to find a CB or LB and Macarthur unearth a 21 year old Left Footed Centre Back

Davila got 4 more games worth of charges. Now alleged to have corrupted 6 games. Although yet to include any WSW games.

Reported by Moss, and supposedly, Channel 19 news, that Germain is leaving the Bullsh1tters.

Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, they still ring their cow bells when the team does something good

I am surprised their support isn't better, football is huge in South west Sydney with some of the most iconic NSL clubs, sure some of them are still bitter about the A league but that can't be too many

I'd suggest that whilst technically the Southern Districts Association area is within their catchment, Fairfield is still Wanderers territory and maybe Liverpool too. Essentially the Bulls are a Campbelltown outfit.

That would make sense, I mean despite the wanderers not being fantastic in terms of results especially early on our first ever forum was held right near Cabramatta, there has been a tonne of different events that the club has held there and the club was great at connecting with that area.

Would have been interesting to see what happened if both teams formed at the same time, maybe things would be the same though, very good point

And Fairfield-Liverpool you also have people who were SFC fans first. So Macarthur would have to be picking from the handful of people who 1) like football 2) didn't support SFC 3) didn't support WSW 4) want to drive/train the 45 minutes to Campbelltown and back.
