Juve more likely to contain Real.

Liverpool and the Oilers to go to penalties.

Well you almost went to extra time with that call

amazing finish not sure what juve are crying about if he doesn’t make contract with him he almost centainly scores the goal

ronaldo steps up and real surely are favourites now

If they manage to win it will be 4 champs Leagues titles in 5 years and his Euro title he’s dominated Messi in recent history for trophies

its actually interesting that since iniesta slowed down and xavi left Barca have been ineffective on the biggest stage

hoping for real v Liverpool final

salah deserves to be part of the biggest club match of the year

Dybala just saw red as well. Tie is done

Who would have imagined it was Juve with3 away goals at the 60th minute and all tied with no Dybala. Nearly got my wish of seeing a Liverpool v Juve game.

Looked like a pen to me. Even Benatia suggested it was after the match.

Buffon didn't hold back though...

Quote

“A quality referee does not destroy the dream of a team that has put everything on the field for 90 minutes,” he fumed to Mediaset Premium. “He wanted to play the part of the protagonist.

“A human being cannot whistle for an incident so doubtful after a game like that, unless you have a garbage bin instead of a heart. If you do not have personality, you should be in the stands eating chips with your family. This referee did not have the courage or the personality for this level.

“I could’ve told the referee anything at that moment, but he had to understand the degree of the disaster he was creating. If you can’t handle the pressure and have the courage to make a decision, then you should just sit in the stands and eat your crisps.

"If you don't have the personality needed for certain levels, it's better to watch the game in the stand with your wife, maybe eating chips. It's a question of the kind of sensitivity that every man must have, knowing whether to officiate or not. It means not knowing where you are, what teams are playing. In practice, it means you don't know ****."

Looks like Buffon doesn't own any shares in chip making companies.

He criticises the ref for not having the courage required - I'd think that awarding that penalty against Juventus at home demonstrates the opposite.

Exactly. He awarded a penalty in stoppage time of a Champions League quarter final tie with the scores level, then sent off a football legend.

Whether or not you agree with his decision, he's got some massive balls on him.

Roma fans up to their usual tricks in Liverpool i see.

I went to Roma away in 2006 in the UEFA cup last 16 game...Roma v Boro. In a bar before the game full of Boro and a window went through and loads of scum waiting outside....police nowhere to be seen. Boro fans took care of it.......Roma ran away.

This could be an easy win for Real Madrid, as much as I want Liverpool to win tomorrow morning, I don't think this will be possible, up front, maybe the front 3 can compete but midfield and backline, RM have too much class in those areas.

Going for a 3-1 win for RM

Well said

klopp is a muppet if that’s the best goalkeeper he can muster up in 3 years

On another forum, flowery suggestions that Klopp could sign Mat Ryan, Brad Jones or Mitch Langerak.

Did Langerak play under Klopp?

I do not know what or how to describe Karius's performance in goal especially in the 2nd half, he's the German Redmayne, I doubt he would be playing for Liverpool again.

As for Liverpool's performance itself, they kind of had Madrid on the back foot, making them defend deep for 25 min until Salah's injury, then Madrid pressed forward for the rest of the game and Liverpool couldn't string passes nor could they keep possession.

I read a story yesterday that said an Egyptian lawyer (I think it was) is specifically suing Ramos for a billion euro or something stupid like that on behalf of Egypt. World cup dreams of a nation, national treasure etc. It was so **** that it didn't even say Salah had been approached to be part of the lawsuit.

And then I watched that clip. Just wow. Maybe I need to join the twitverse so i can get my giggles more regularly.
