Give it a few more weeks and the CEO will be trying to force him into retirement to open up the foreign spot in January.

They won't have much luck with that.

Rumour is Rodwell is out for 10 weeks

If so, he will be back after the World Cup break. Only 6 matches including the Sydney Derby

Mack and Lolley looking good so far for sfc.

Hopefully our attack improves a lot with Bozanic and Ngbakoto. We can't just rely on good defence and re-bound goals.

Not sure that SFC were that good last night....Western were wasteful in the first half and fell apart in the second and Sydney took full advantage. Having said that, Mak and Lolley have looked good but will struggle if they don't get the service. We've just beaten the team that beat them......

Scoring 3 goals while not playing well is pretty good though. Yeah, WU had terrible defence, but the goals were still well worked. 5 goals in 2 games as well.

Yeah, I agree. Hopefully this 'derby' won't exist in the next 5-10 years.

Would prefer them to do well than another A-league team die tbh. As much as I thought they were brought in too early I think at least 3 Sydney teams is sustainable long term.

Here's a look at the Smurfs upcoming games

V Brisbane Roar (6 Nov).

V Wanderers (12 Nov). Could call it the opening game of the Sydney Super Cup

V Celtic (17 Nov). I think they are going to get smashed in this game.

Then the World Up break with the restart as follows

V Heartle$$ (10 Dec)

V Mariners (17 Dec)

V Macarthur Bullsh1tters (24 Dec)

DONATE YOUR NINKOVIC SHIRT AT THE DERBY

Donate your Ninkovic shirt at the Derby

Out with the old and in with the new!

Wondering what to do with that old Milos Ninkovic shirt now that we’ve got a new hero wearing Number 10!

Rather than throwing it out, or finding other more dubious uses for it, we’ve found a great solution for you.

Bring your Ninkovic jersey to the Sydney Derby, donate it to our charity partner Football United and we’ll give you the first 250 people a bag of Joe “Lolleys” sweets to enjoy at the game – plus a $10 voucher for Sydney FC Merchandise to spend in the club shop at the match.*

By gifting your shirt to Football United, you will be helping them deliver their goal of creating chances for youth through the magic of football in diverse communities in Australia and Myanmar.

Find us outside Gate 3 at the Sydney Derby on Saturday 12 November, and we’ll take your top and hand you some Joe Lolley’s as a quick thank you!

See you at the game.

It's fun, don't mind it.

Plus, it's beautiful that they are still genuinely cranky at him. It's kind of instructive that they're all dirty at him rather than their own club which made the call to **** him. I loved that their highlights package at Trust Towers opening up removed him winning stuff for them as if he's this big villain, when they were the ones that essentially put him out on his ear.

Long may it continue. I wasn't a fan of the signing but every day it keeps burning them makes it worthwhile.

Well, it won't mean much to us if we put in a performance like last night.

Very much this, they may be the Kopites of the A League with this behaviour but we'll fulfill our Everton style role of ******* it up and making them look good
