Jozo simunovic is a free agent as well.

The guy under him on the list would also be good.

Ezequiel Garay

Nah, the keeper i'd prefer is the Brazillian and Liv fc Alisson. Not only can he keep he can score from corners, not bad and........we can name him Alisson wanderland. Ok ok I'll let myself out.

At first I thought you're being unrealistic. But your final point won me over. It's just gotta be done (as long as it's not my money).

Now you're talking.

He is still young (only 26) and already has achieved alot:

5x Scottish Premiership Champion
4x Prva HNL Champion
3x Scottish Cup Winner
3x Scottish League Cup Winner
1x Croatian Cup Winner
1x Croatian Super Cup Winner

The guy is willing to throw his body to defend goals (just like Ziggy Gordon).

Good player but injury prone. Doesn’t do well on hard pitches.

Plus I don’t think Kenny Miller will be a fan.

You know what we haven't had a good defence since the 2015/16 season with NTS and Alberto with Jamo at LB and Scott Neville at RB. I can't think of any team since then that had a defence block since then. Ziggy Gordon bring back the old NTS no prisoner approach, and Natta is looking good but still raw sometimes as are out wing backs and Tass out of the first 11 and not even on the bench now. I would get rid of Mcgowan I don't now what happen to the defender he was at Adelaide but its been really poor season from him and Ziegler he has had enough time to settle and it just hasn't happened for him. We need another tough experience enforcer at CB for us, which can lead and show presence like NTS use to do.

And then midfield I think it wasn't until last year with Schwegler and Baccus that we had something close to Dimas and Andreu pairing with the Baccus brother as the back up CMs from that 2015/16 season. This year has been up and down in midfield, some of it is down to Baccus form, some of it is the formation we play and some of it is players not doing their roles #Troisi. Its been inconsistent in midfield.

We need the old defence block back and it starts with the CB and I think we need an Mathieu Delpierre or Alberto type of player at the back, someone who makes their presence known..

Our humble, no frills work ethic that formed the successful culture at WSW came from Topor and it’s been missing since he left.

He used to arrive early and stay back after training regularly to sweep up the gym, clean the change rooms and just help where needed as did Bridgey. I don’t think some of the players even knew what he did. He is an awesome leader.

Sign Amini, get an import CB in the Alberto mould, a DM who can get around like La Rocca, someone on the left who can bring what Bridge brought and a Riera type striker. Then play 4231/433.

Margush

Tate/Gordon New CB Natt Wilmering/Aqualina

Amini New DM Ugarkovic

Kamau New CF New LW

fixed it for ya

Continuing the theme of trying to sign a top class foreign defender, how about this guy.

His La Liga club Eibar  looks like it's about to be relegated,  he would be the second Portuguese centre half in the A League.

Surely a top class defender wouldn't be as expensive as a striker, we sure as hell need one.

He'd be dearer than any striker we'd be looking at.

Just read an article from a Latin American website where legendary goalkeeper Buffon is absolutely open to all offers, even "crazy" ones.

He was quoted as as saying he'd be open to playing in serie C or overseas.

Are you listening Lederer?

Bring him over.

Goalkeeper sorted!

Ok then, seeing that we're playing fantasy transfers, how about Andres Iniesta from J league? only 37 and a bargain at around 4 or 5 million.

I signed Angel Di Maria, Riyad Mahrez, Jermain Defoe, and Lionel Messi to second division Harrogate in my FIFA 21 career mode...

If that's possible, surely an A-League stint isn't a bridge too far

Leeds announced tonight that Pablo Hernandez would be leaving at seasons end. I honestly think he would be a machine in the A-League and would probably tear it up. He's made 15 EPL appearances this season, and at 36 it's the perfect time for him to come down under. His injury record is pretty clean as well and he spent 3 years earlier in his career playing in Saudi Arabia which could indicate that he might be well equipped to handle our summer football.

Can't forget how he ran the show and scored the winner in the exhibition match against us 2 years ago. What do you guys think?

It’s much more exciting talking about obscure South Americans playing in Serie B, especially when they come with YouTube videos. Just how good did Borda look?

Some videos, people, please some videos! The more obscure and impressive the better! Distract us with impossible possibilities we will probably never see but can be momentarily excited about and we can dream...

Pablo Hernandez leaving Leeds, only on about $2million a season

Ran through our whole team when they played us, scored a cracking goal in the last kick of the game.

He would tear the league apart no doubt.

Has the potential to be our Diamante !!
