Every single ban that is overturned and where the circumstances of FFA's "mistakes" are publicly discussed will cause major damage. Gallop has just gone on public record claiming that the decision process for bans is thorough. Just imagine when the opposite is proven.

Correct me if I'm wrong but would this be the same 'thorough process' which saw a member of the ADF banned even though they were on duty in Afghanistan at the time?

Lol, just rang 2UE and had a rant after some ignorants rang in saying lies about the Wanderers! The commentator told me about the boycott and I told him it's going to kill me and my family not to go but I back the RBB all the way! He was shocked!

Those in red have played football to some degree of proficiency, with Dodd arguably the most powerful Australian in world football, Healy an ex-junior rep for Scotland and Moulis played in the NSL. 
 
So only 1/3 of the leading cabal of men and women who are there to guide our sport forward actually have any substantive history of understanding the game.
 
Is it any wonder we feel like no one steering the development and management of football in this country understand us and the sport?

Also this boycott is... okay, I guess - I'd prefer a walkout again but anyway...

yeah WTF that's news to me, that'd be so easy to prove where you are it's not funny.

Jesus christ had crisis at work missed everything. I bloody have to take Gunner Jnr and his mates on the field at half time for soccer tennis, I'm the bloody co-ordinator for the local club. Guess I can walk out and walk back in :unknw:

It wouldn't have been Justin Smith by any chance? The guy who provided RW with the opportunity to "throw another hand grenade on the barbie" the other day, how the Squadron put it? Brave woman, well done.

 

This extended household of seven will be heading to one of the allocated pubs. There is no way that I am going to the game. The pre season friendly against the phoenix was depressing. This game will be worse.

I do believe that their ban was overturned but it does put into focus the quality of the 'evidence' that got the banning order in the first place

I think the RBB should fill the stands and rock for 30 mins then vacate the stadium. 

 

It's our turn to show them what Melb Victory showed them at their home ground.

 

The game at CCM had non actives deciding to step it up themselves once the RBB left.

We can guarantee what she will say, she will say he was too soft.

 

This is what is so stupid. How does Gallop not get that will always be her response? How does he not get that her end game is not for a 'family friendly' atmosphere, it is for the death of the A-league? If he can't understand that, he simply shouldn't be in charge.

Yeah, but that's not an AFL problem apparently. It's just a minority of troublemakers in the AFL. But apparently all football supporters are suburban terrorists.

Pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that the woman is / was a cop, which seemed to make everything ok

I stayed because I had the kids there.... The non-actives tried to have a crack, but it was not very well coordinated, really messy. 

 

It was quiet from when the supporters left....very quiet. You could hear the players talking to each other. 

 

Chants  only really started in about the 80 minute when the Mariners band started to play and the CCM started the "Who do we sing for?.... We sing for YELLOW".... Most supporters didn't realise that Mariners picked up this chant a couple of years ago and took offence that it was a new thing.

 

Regardless the "WE SING FOR YELLOW" always makes me laugh, no matter how many times I hear it........., I'd challenge any man to chant the word "YELLOW" and make it sound masculine.

 

Try it, your eyes automatically open wide and eyebrows raise..... then imagine 100 guys doing it.
