Hence this thread. So many times I've read about the epic battle taking place on Twitter, clicked and had my eyes assailed by the fountain of excrement. Some of us appear able to navigate these waters safer than others

The whole point of Twitter is that its on twitter. It loses whatever it has once it starts getting copied and pasted elsewhere.

 

Like that stupid Social Media show SBS had during the world cup. A meme isn't funny once you start broadcasting it on TV and try to explain it to the masses. Takes away the entire point.

Interesting that Channel 10 is in the doldrums despite having the rights to the BBL. It's almost as if spending tons of money on a 6 week product isn't a great financial decision.

Yeh I get that, people won't be able to join in the conversation because it is over but they'll be able to see the responses and see #sokkahtwitter in full force
