You would assume/hope that it is players that we deem surplus at the moment but the Jets may find useful. 

I think it if turns out to be an accurate report then it would be Georgievski, Zeigler or O'Doherty.

Tass could also be pushing for this to get more game time. Seems like Natta has pushed him out of late and doesn't look like Robinson wants to have 2 kids in the back 3.

I see the article only provides quotes from Ugarkovic's agent, so names still seem to be speculation. The source of them will be interesting. As it could be who Newcastle have asked for, not necessarily who WSW have agreed to send. 

For me, Tass is much more valuable to the team at the moment than another defensive mid. 

Also, why would Tass want to go there. Surely just after he arrives Boogaard will be back from injury. So he may be on the bench anyway.

Tass, Baccus, Natta all have potential to be sold overseas. Knowing our club, we wouldnt be trading them out for another midfielder.

 

JOD is a replacement for Ugarkovic, so it makes sense. Tass....no, wont be happening.

Given we have 2 young wing backs and a young keeper

He’s a youth player with plenty of room to grow, performing well enough to justify his spot. It’s a potential earner for the club to sell and justify their youth investments. Would be disappointed to be wasted on an early transfer for a player we don’t need 6 months early.

I might be in the minority but growing up seeing the likes of Zelic, Okon, Moore, Ivanovic, Tobin, popa to name a few, I just don’t see it with Tass. Yes he is a youth product but that should  count for nothing if we want to be a club competing for titles. Stock standard A-league player who will make zero impact overseas. In my opinion. Ditto with Baccus. Natta for mine is on a another level to him. A few levels above him. Oozes quality and calmness

Lets not get crazy here Spira is probably the best defender we have had play in red and black. Its probably a 3 way battle with Topor and Alberto as to who was the best.

it's not the worst thing to let Tass go on loan to Newy. With the Olympics coming up he needs game time time, and at the moment we can't guarantee that. With him possibly going to a bottom of the table side, he should easily be a starter, and likely being under pressure most of the time - he should develop more as a footballer, coming back to us at the very least, more experienced.

Alberto was and I’m using a technical term here but alberto was as Craig foster might put it a totally sexual centre back

He wasnt used in the first squad, he plays one game with the NPL squad and has a blunder, and now he has been shown the door.

Sadly, I don't see him being signed by any other A-League clubs (maybe back to Victory?), I feel some NPL Victorian club would sign him though.
