btron3000
It’s the A-League, there are a few player types that are gonna be rare: Defenders who can play Goalies good with both hands and feet Decent strikers Playmakers with INDIVIDUAL BRILLIANCE who also produce polished finished product Left Backs etc etc mack 1 Link to comment

wswtragic
Looks like he's getting the Popa treatment where he is - from a report in a Spanish paper about his team's training: Quote Argentine striker Oscar Trejo, Guinean winger Lass Bangoura and injured Javi Guerra and Ernesto Galán did alternative work. DeeDee
The Covert Agent can reveal that Wanderers are keen to bring the Guinean attacker to the club, but discussions are currently complicated by wage issues. If this line were used with any other club, the deal would probably get sorted. With us however...... pretty much means we will end up with Ryan Griffith's instead. Interesting on Marcelo Carrusca! However we need wingers, and at 34 would he even be worthwhile for the remainder of the season? ZachMercer 1 Link to comment
DeeDee
on Lass, apparently a new coach came in halfway through last season. Was used more as an impact player otherwise sporadic starter, scored only 1 goal. This season, new style and out of favour, played only 127 minutes and has 1 more season left on contract. Was obviously a promising young player with alot of potential but has failed to push on. Only 7 career goals suggests hed probably dazzle but no end product. In the a-league worst case hed probably be another younger version of Castelan. Worth the risk???? If he can set Riera up with some quality ball and speed im willing to ignore his goal scoring qualities. Edited January 11, 2018 by DeeDee Link to comment

Stokz
We do need a number 10. And now as an aussie citizen uses the melling spot. It's a tick from me. Edited January 11, 2018 by Stokz randy81 1 Link to comment
Matto97
Carrusca and this Bangoura bloke, very quality signings on paper. Given Marcelo's age though i'd be giving him a short term deal until the end of the season max. I suspect Bangoura would only be a loan but he fills the Jumpei sized gap on the wing until the off-season. GrEmIoWaNdErEr and Kangaroo 2 Link to comment

Prydzopolis
I’d imagine he’d take up most of the Jumpei salary freed up in the cap, hasn’t played much football which could either be good (fresh) or bad (lacking match fitness). Quality addition, have really struggled to play someone in that 10 role with roly in Gombau’s new system. Horus, TheSweeper and MajorMelons 3 Link to comment
