West13
Long time reader of the forums, but first time poster, I just had to register after tonight`s game. Omg what a night. Ive gone through of all the possible emotions. From anger (penalty) through relief (Legend Covic`s safe), and joy (Juric`s goal), and anxiety (2-1) to ECSTASY (full time whistle). It has been an amazing night, and right now I`m so proud to be part of this Red and Black Family. God I love this team so freaking much! Great timing on first post. Welcome brother(or sister). 102megan and Prydzopolis 2 Link to comment

JamCal
I didn't know Sally Fitzgibbons was a WSW fan. Is that the best news story tonight ? Lol Could have sworn she was a Central Coast fan last year... Wait yeah she was she did a feature going surfing with Justin Pasfield... To be honest she can join my bandwagon any time she wants. theguyyouwishyouwere and Prydzopolis 2 Link to comment
Smoggy
Pablo is in there somewhere! Good on them, please for them as much as the team, all gone to great effort and expense to follow the lads, hope they have a great night. Redhead, Benched, wendybr and 1 other 4 Link to comment

weeMan
It just gets better and better. Surely the legend Shinji must have been watching the game all the way from Japan, feeling proud like the rest of us here. Now if only there are cheap flights to Seoul... FegyverTimot
I think the true message from tonight is that as long as one of the teams wear black shorts it's enough. Oh and **** lippi 102megan and Prydzopolis 2 Link to comment
mack
Was after the goal, so presumably excessive celebration. Santalab may have got one also, after he came on he (I think) chopped down a guangzhou player, but advantage was played and I think the ref came back later and carded him. La Rocca got a card as well I think. Prydzopolis and ydoow 2 Link to comment
West13
So we go to Korea and park that farking bus! Except every so often we drive it upfield and score. Edited August 27, 2014 by West13 Prydzopolis 1 Link to comment

Popular Post Zelinsky
Goodness, what a sweet result. We've bowled out the defending champion. Un-bloody-believeable. These are the moments to be treasured. We will speak about this night in years to come. And while the WSW advertising campaign continues, in the East of the city there is perplexed shoulder shrugging. Somewhere out West a certain fapman cries himself to sleep in fetal position. Adeleke, Saba and Castelen will go to bed tonight thinking "oh yeah, good choice", and fall asleep content. And somewhere in Europe James Troisi will be amused by all the Belgium rumours and will be looking forward to linking up with his new team mates next week. In the meantime I am looking forward to the commentary coming out of the Evergrande camp. And I really hope that Lippi cops a massive penalty for his antics last week and for coaching today. tuco
This game shows up the results vs style debate. I don't care that we could hardly string a few passes together. We won and that's all that mattered. Popas' stocks continue to rise. In 2 seasons this team has already provided me with so many great memories. I thank you all. WhoDoWeSingFor
Finally back from Marconi. What a night, what a tense match. Geez that was fun. That my friends is football. Mid week playing overseas, catching up with fellow fans, the roller coaster of emotions ( that last goal they scored ensures no bacon for a week, the heart couldn't take any more ). In out first season we qualified for ACL. In out first ACL campaign we have reached the last four teams of all Asia/Middle East. How many teams would there be ........ So good, on such a high right now. Oh and 5am wake up can EAD. JackDoff, Burgerman, lloydy136 and 5 others 8 Link to comment
Zelinsky
And would you believe it? The WSW made the headline new of the Daily Telegraph: "Brave Wanderers storm into final four". Well, it wasn't exactly a storm, but more a stumble, but who cares? The club starts to get the recognition it deserves. Prydzopolis, 102megan, wendybr and 4 others 7 Link to comment

Popular Post WestGrub
Every time we step out on to the pitch after setting a new high water mark, we seem to somehow eclipse it with another memorable result. This is simply phenomenal what we are doing. We were not expected by anyone to get out of our group, let alone reach the final 4 of this tournament. We have done so, scoring in every one of the games along the way, to achieve something that should make this whole country proud. Popa, you are just an amazing leader of men. You send those XI out there 10ft tall & bullet proof & they will run through brick walls for you. This is what a club is. A collection of players, management & fans all headed in the same direction with a passion & desire to overcome any obstacle. Never willing to make an excuse or look for a short cut. Simply amazing. Tranquilo
dam, Guangzhou have stopped us being able to leave comments on their facebook page or is it just me? https://www.facebook.com/guangzhouhengda I think a lot of us are still in shock at how much of a big upset this is, dam should of placed a bet. This will be huge news in Asia and the wanderers all of a sudden are amongst the top 4 clubs in the whole of Asia. We have caught their eye. Neverbloom and Prydzopolis 2 Link to comment
